Seems… really weak. Jumping through hoops very slowly to draw 1 extra card? The conditions for that card draw are unique, but what an underpowered effect. More than thinking it’s fake I hope it’s fake.
This has power 0. Most mana dorks you use will have power 1. If you cast a creature with 2 power, you have three different values among power you control (meaning that this card is super easy to trigger on the turn this comes out if you build the deck properly).
Pretty sure that this is not an extension off the ability words we saw in Forgotten realms.
I would have thought she'd be 4/4 for that mana cost.
So I guess you're to use the +1/+1 strategically to make sure you always have creatures with three different powers, so that she almost always triggers.
The Innistrad Commander deck will be at the same style as the Kaldheim, Zendikar one, right? The mana cost could have been 3 for this one or the trigger could have been at every battle phase (opponents included).
So they wasted a commander deck legend to print what it basically is a mediocre uncommon that could have been printed literally in every set. Nice.

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
Am I the only one who really likes this? it's a counter every single turn, and there's no reason it shouldn't draw a card every turn. it draws potentially more cards than Tuvasa. i'm not sure what you want from a precon, but card draw every turn like that in those colors is nothing to sneeze at

Project Booster Fun makes it less fun to open a booster.
Oh ok if powers refers to the power of power/toughness then that makes sense. Don't know why I didn't see that before. Still, I like the concept of the mechanic. I wonder if it's a mainstay in Midnight Hunt...
I really hope they focus on a Shakespearean/Poe approach to this visit to Innistrad.

Tuvasa synergizes with what you already need to be doing. This thing is either a clunky build-around or WAY more situational than Tuvasa. Tuvasa also gets running at least a turn quicker in colors that are better suited to ramp and card draw.

While I like Tuvasa more, I will say that this card has certain minor advantages.
1. Getting tuvasa down on turn 2 is a bit trickier than getting this guy down on turn 3 (especially for budget decks) as a turn 1 forest into elvish mystic, llanowar elves, boreal druid, or fyndhorn elves (not to mention all of the cmc 2 rocks/dorks/fetches) will get you there while Tuvasa needs untapped duals, moxen/petal, or birds/hierarch/sprawl on turn 1 (or spirit guide on turn 2) to get there. Even if you’re making a high-end deck, this card is helped by jeweled lotus / sol ring / mana crypt / mana vault in a way that Tuvasa really isn’t and having two colors might decrease other costs.
2. This card is very easy to trigger as the card draw is not generally dependent on top decks and is fairly easy to trigger on the turn it comes out (unlike Tuvasa). While there are are much better selesnya good-stuff commanders, this card basically puts no deck building restrictions in place (as this thing plus a mana dork will likely occupy 2 spots in your coven) and does not pigeonhole you into a specific strategy.
Again, I think that Tuvasa decks will crush decks with this card. I think there are better generalist commanders. Even so, I can see reasons why someone would test this thing out.
Command Zone Phyrexian Arena as long as you have two other creatures out. If they have the same power, she makes one of them bigger so they don't. There's basically no fail case.
High Floor, Low Ceiling is what I like to see out a commander. Reliably get your deck going without it being a threat so it doesn't get killed so you don't have to recast it.
The only thing I don't like is that the +1/+1 counter, if you give one, makes the effect targeted and the draw effect will be countered with a spot removal spell which will feel rough if you're relying on the trickle of card flow. Still, this is the power level of commander I want to see.
This Commander seems too weak. Selesnya has plenty of ways for getting +1/+1 counters and drawing cards. It should be fine in the 99, but it doesn't seem to be great as a Commander.
I'm also surprised this is typed as a Noble instead of a Wizard/Spellshaper/Warlock/Shaman/Cleric based on flavor.
i think the hoop with 3 different creatures wont be so great if they put a lot of creatures in it that create a token on etb like Attended Knight
play this and the next turn ur commander and u have a it enabled with 2 cards
i mean it combines a 2 mana rare with a card draw, not that bad, but i agree, not really strong as a card, especially a face card of a deck

"Different powers." Is this how they will template abilities moving forward? Coven is pretty cool and fits into the theme of the plane/set.
Here's hoping for warlock tribal!

At best this is rare, not sure why this is mythic or the face commander of a deck. At mythic this wanted to be a 2/4 or 3/4
I really hope they focus on a Shakespearean/Poe approach to this visit to Innistrad.
