This seems to make Zombie tokens relatively easily in Modern (play a shockland, tutor for a shockland with a fetchland, maybe cast some Phyrexian mana spell or cycle Street Wraith or have Bob out).
I swear I've seen a contest entry almost-card named "Blood in the Water" that similarly turned your life loss every turn into resources in that contest that Waste Not won.

Good old Blood in the Watering Can. I'm still a bit sore over Waste Not getting in over that one.
Please, mill me. Mill my important cards. Mill my lands. Mill it all. Because I will still deal 20 damage before you can mill 45 cards most every time.
