Was thinking about this for Pauper because in the other formats, it's probably not worth the time or effort. Either this or Relentless Rats.

Arcbound is funny you want 5 counters or a 4/4 with haste.
Salvaging is awesome for madness with the correct timing.
Echoing return is going to be powerful in some decks.

Might Hard Evidence become the go-to secondary Indomitable Creativity enabler for providing 2 Creativity targets - one a noncreature - slow-cantripping if you need gas, and providing a blocker?

Rats decks will love Echoing Return. Even self-mill decks might like it just to snag multiple copies of cards.

Blacksmith's Skill is an auto-include for my Feather deck. Hexproof and indestructible will keep her alive through nearly everything, and one mana is perfect.

Blacksmith skills is clearly gonna be a protection all star in edh for a single target even saves lands from strip mine/Wasteland

Floodhound with this ok now clue tokens has to look like a blue's clues paw print now even though floodhound is a good pun

Echoing return if you see even one shadowborn apostle/relentless rats or Rat Colony pop out in edh never let go of at least one Counterspell card until this pops out!

Sinister starfish hahahaha its the evil twin of Sigiled Starfish and it's actually better since you can load up graveyard with this one ps surprised maro didn't do a starfish as a teaser card in his article since there's only three cards in existences with that type

Faithless Salvaging seems pretty bad, but at least the draw's not conditional so you can cycle it from an empty hand.
