My goodness that is a game ender in limited, wow. The fact that it triggers on EACH combat and not just yours means you can likely cast it, block once and gain 5 life to put you up over your opponent, and then go to town on your turn.
God forbid you're already ahead on life when you cast it and block for a 10-life boost.
