It's more a very telegraphed Mass Polymorph. You have three turns to maximize it... or just cascade into it and hope for the best. It's your 10-minute turn, you do what you want.
The preview article indicates that Glimpse of Tomorrow has a chance to get broken Tibalt's Trickery-style. Of course, you could just flip 3 lands instead and cry.
How risky is a low-curve, value build of Glimpse of Tomorrow (possibly with Cascade spells and As Foretold) instead that aims to draw into/recur and re-cast Glimpse? It could throw in the Saheeli Felidar combo or something like that. (If it helps, the leak that says that Shardless Agent is in the set has gotten everything else correct so far, including the preposterous claims of a planeswalker that's a green 1/1 creature outside of the battlefield and that Asmor... is in the set with no mana cost.)

An identical kind of art as in the Iconic Masters version of Ancestral Vision.
This could have a lot of interesting interactions with cards with Constellation if you build it right. Hello lots of tokens from Archon of Sun's Grace.

The turn before it goes off you cast Selective Memory and exile all but your biggest bombs. But you would probably just hit a bunch of lands. I honestly though.
Still though I absolutely love this card! One of my favorite arts of the set so fat too.
Did some testing with an old Modern Tibalt's Trickery Cascade build, replacing the Trickery with Glimpse of Tomorrow. Even when shuffling in 3 lands as my only permanents, I got out at least one of my 20 fat threats in the deck a solid majority of the time.
I'm sorry, Glimpse of Tomorrow is the next card banned from Modern (along with Unmarked Grave for turning Hulk Footsteps into a Turn 3 deck). It'll get banned from Modern for the same reasons Tibalt's Trickery got banned.

Glimpse of Tomorrow: strong when seen on turn 2 or 3, otherwise a little slow. It enables fun strategies that may have a niche in Modern: good and fun card!

But, there seem to be a lot of options from Treasure to Food to armies in a can.

Or a one sided Warp World.
