Oh man... If Void Mirror kills Tron then I'm out of anything other than Commander. Honestly, don't want to sound like a pessimist, but I'll probably be out of magic for good if my favourite deck is killed.
This was exactly the kind of card I didn't want to see in this set. As if there isn't enough Tron hate out there. Artifact themed decks had a hard enough time as it was too.
Simply play more colored lands.
Nobody will play this card maindeck unless the metagame is completely insane ... and if in doubt this really just makes you 1 turn slower at max, if you need a colored land to completely bypass it with tron.
hard time to see how this "hard-counters" tron decks, unless you completely ignore its existence if its a known sideboard card they might bring in.
But watering down the mana base is a significant cost to the decks.

My testing with Green Tron vs. Eldrazi Tron both using Void Mirror in the Karn, the Great Creator wishboard implies that both Green Tron can slog through it somewhat easily in Game 1 and Eldrazi Tron can actually consider Void Mirror as an option in Tron games (although it backfired on Eldrazi Tron once so far, Green Tron Oblivion Stoned Eldrazi Tron's Void Mirror once).
Green Tron uses the same old artifact hate options as before in Game 2 (Wilt, Nature's Claim - given how popular R(/x) Prowess is, I don't know why Wilt is the more popular option), and both can use Urza's Saga to spin wheels while delaying their need for a land that produces coloured mana (although Urza's Saga notably doesn't help against opposing Karn, the Great Creator unless their Karn has no blockers).

Man how are you already playtesting this card? I only just saw it this morning lel.
Yeah green has better options to fight it, but it's going to suck ass.

Considering Tron ends up playing a few basic lands this likely won't affect it all that much, not that I'm an expert on Modern.

I playtest the cards against myself on Cockatrice, inserting the unreleased cards by name when loading decks from my clipboard. I've been playing Modern ever since the format initially came out, so I have a lot of decks saved (even through needing to change computers).
I forgot, but I found this through testing - Blast Zone is an uncounterable maindeck option for both Green Tron and Eldrazi Tron to blow up Void Mirror. Eldrazi Tron is still usually SOL if it's caught without coloured mana, but it has more outs than you might think (although Green Tron's 3+ Forests, 8+ land search, and bazillion cantrips still means it has the edge at playing through Void Mirror).
I'm actually curious about Void Mirror's implications for cEDH similar to Null Rod in how it can shutdown an early game Mana Crypt, Chrome Mox, Mox Opal, Lion's Eye Diamond, Jeweled Lotus, Lotus Petal, Mox Amber, or even Lotus Bloom. In a 4+ player EDH / Commander Pod I mainly see whoever combos out first with Void Mirror on the battlefield completely shutting down their opponents' ability to respond especially since they'll be completely tapped out on lands anyway and even If you were able to respond the combo players' cards / abilities would still resolve on the stack first regardless If you had ways to counter triggered abilities via Stifle, Voidslime, or Trickbind.
In that regard I don't think it necessarily levels the playing field between Casual EDH / Commander and cEDH when it comes to the pressure of needing to run fast mana rocks with a very low mana curve to have that kind of tempo advantage against other players. What Void Mirror does is speed the time clock to whoever can blow it up first before someone at the table manages to combo out with nobody able to respond to said combo but I guess the designers were like, "Combo is still going to resolve on the stack first so what's the point of opponents casting free spells to stop someone from comboing off anyway?" I get that this card was originally meant to hose Eldrazi Tron decks in Modern but it's implications in EDH / Commander could be just as broken.
Better hope you have spare mana to make a free spell uncounterable with Vexing Shusher at the table assuming someone is running a Commander with both Red and Green in it's color identity. Then there's Boseiju, Who Shelters All that can come through in the clutch If you've saved it for that one occasion as well. I was actually looking to find some good red creatures to run in my friends' Omnath, Locus of Creation EDH / Commander deck since he already runs Boseiju and Vexing Shusher is just the card to deal with those kind of situations. Can't help but wonder If Void Mirror will become a staple in a lot of EDH / Commander decks for dealing with cEDH style decks running fast mana rocks.
