Elemental Evoker (U/R)(U/R)(U/R)(U/R)
Creature - Orc Wizard (R) Magecraft — Whenever you cast or copy an instant or sorcery spell, until end of turn, target creature you control gains "If this creature would leave the battlefield, exile it instead" and "When this creature is exiled, create a 4/4 blue and red Elemental creature token."
4/4
Expressive Rehearsal UR
Sorcery (U)
Look at the top three cards of your library. Put one of them in your hand, one at the bottom of your library, then exile the rest. Until end of turn, you may play the exiled card. The dancing of Prismari students is an opposition between expression and perfection.
Elemental Summoning 3(U/R)(U/R)
Sorcery - Lesson (C)
Create a 4/4 blue and red Elemental creature token. "I've seen your splashes. Now show me a torrent."

It's Prismari Day! Here we have its entries into the Summoning Lesson and quadruple hybrid rare cycles, and super card filtering.
so we have a cycle of 4 hybrid mana rare creatures that do something weird?
this one has a really weird ability.....
not sure how powerful it is.
seems very clunky.
but with this on the battlefield you basically just create a 4/4 replacing your dudes that were dying anyway for each spell you cast.
And you can even point multiple triggers to the same creature....
if you cast like 4 spells, point all triggers to the same 1/1 dork. then sacrifice the 1/1 dork...
you'll get 4 4/4 elementals and that might be relevant.
So following the Boros Disenbrade, Expressive Rehearsal is starting to suggest that the FNM promos for Strixhaven are a multicolor set of 2cmc sorceries. If that's true and they are as cool as these two have been, I'll be super happy with it.
Expressive Rehearsal seems pretty good. In a deck with cheap spells, you play this before your land drop and it's basically guaranteed to be look at top 3 cards you library, draw 2 cards, which is pretty good for 2 mana.
Turn 4 efreet, turn 5 sea gate stormcallerx2, frost bite - aim the triggers at one stormcaller - do 2 damage to 2 opponent dorks and 2 to that stormcaller kill 2 things and get 3 4/4s...I broke standard ;). Seriously though why isn't stormcaller going up in price? Should be at least a 5 dollar card now right?

Spellslinger decks that go cheap, such as Modern/Legacy UR Prowess, often consume half or more of their lands casting this spell. I think Modern UR Prowess would still rather stick to Light Up the Stage for the nigh-guaranteed 2 cards, but this is an interesting alternate pick.
EDIT: Finally found a deck that definitely wants Expressive Rehearsal - Modern Jeskai Ascendancy Combo in the Glittering Wishboard. I'm sick of Scarscale Ritual needing and harming one of my creatures, and this "draws" 2 cards for 2 mana, too.
