AS expected as it was, seeing Tarmo again will bring its price point down a gain to a more reasonable level. Then again it's sort of been outclassed by a few creatures lately so I guess it was inevitable to say the least.
I'm wondering which cards got upshifted to Mythic outside of Tarmo as that rarity didn't exist at the time of original block. But if they "downshift" Tarmo to rare I'll ***** my pants.

I could see Walk the Aeons getting an upshift, just because of its raw power. Not necessarily a chase card, but it is good.
Do we know if this set is only reprints? I'm wondering if the Horizon Canopy cycle could possibly be completed in this set since that was a future sight card, as well.

They've described them as "pulled from all three sets in the Time Spiral block." I doubt we see the rest of any of that cycle here, but MH2 is around the corner as well.

so far this isn't doing anything to spark excitement.
another goyf reprint, because thats a card that really needed it. again. i mean i get it, it was born in this block, but its hardly a chase card these days. stuffy doll, serra avenger, both not really doing anything for me either as they're neither highly played nor valuable. we'll see what the rest of the set brings. if its only cards pulled from time spiral block there's no point.
It’s almost like that is the whole point of time spiral remastered, where the main set is reprints from the original block, but the twist in it this time is the time shifted cards are different.

It is designed for draft, so the big question is whether they made a good draft environment.
Plus, there are plenty of other cards that could use a reprint (the secondary market price on Sliver Legion, for instance, is absurd). Hopefully we see some of those.
That and the timeshifted cards bring, at the very least, Chalice of the Void.

Because we all know how good double masters was to draft, a set also "designed" for draft.

I think I've learned to treat Magic cards like baseball cards: keep 'em in a binder in numerical order, don't play with 'em, try to finish the set and just keep my head down.

I mean, any draft format at $45 a draft isn't going to feel worth it. Not sure the price point on TSR, but hopefully they learned that lesson.
Edit: not to mention that Double Masters placed a lot of emphasis on the pricey reprints and the comment I was replying to was about a perceived lack thereof in TSR.
I’m here, as always, for the Slivers. I’ll stick to the original printing, but if they give us new artwork for several of them, I may buy a box or two. I’m totally expecting Sliver Legion to have the Judge Promo art in this.
I knew it would happen, but I'm really disappointed in them for putting mythics into this set. I started playing about a year after mythics were introduced and when they talked about remastering a block without them, i was looking forward to a draft without a special rarity for all the already chase cards.

The booster box features everyone's favorite boi, hunting his elk as always, Tarmogoyf.
On the booster packs we can see Sidewinder Sliver, Serra Avenger, and another card I can't quite make out.
future sight was it’s birth place
I think he was a guarantee. However, I wasn't expecting new new art. He just got some new art in Double Masters.
Pongify maybe?

Down the thread someone suggested Stuffy Doll. Seems to be right as the needles are visible.
Slivers are quite expexted, too; though I am wondering if they limit to fewer colors for limited, like what Modern horizons did.
