Seems pretty alright, a mini-Sun Titan with two relevant types should see play at the very least in some Commander White/Boros piles, if only because it's technically mono-White ramp with just a little bit of setup. In Standard, it's worth reminding that Charming Prince is a permanent with CMC 2 or less.
Fun card, probably more at home in janky brews rather than actual competitive decks, but fun nonetheless.
