Eh it has a lot of upsides vs mutavault. First off into the north finds it and any other snow basics alongside the new search for glory which also finds it and any other snow/sag/legendary permanent. Its 4/3 vigilant so even if you man land it you can tap it later if you need mana for another spell. Its way bigger on the front and back than some other man lands that do alot less for their respective colors. If you can run enough snow its pretty great overall.
Admittedly mutavault does open its taps MUCH sooner than this and doesn't restrict the manabase nearly so much but for utility they could be tied.
Snow changelings? What kind of weird crossover is that?

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
It won't replace Mutavault in the traditional sense but it will a good card for snow-centric decks. It is however interesting this is the third land card that snow has gotten that utilizes its lands to deal with creatures and the second manland they have gotten. (Mouth of Ronom, Frostwalk Bastion, Faceless Haven)
Cool, I like it. Can't wait to use it in a few decks that could use a man-land and run a lot of basics.

It was bound to happen, but at this point it already looks like there will be no reason to run non-snow basics in your decks for the foreseeable future. I was hoping they'd address this somehow, but it doesn't look like it...
Snow Mutavault, or I was running all these snow basics anyways so it's a free 4/3.
