The fact they don't enter tapped is shocking and foretellable
for a single B...yea watch low cmc formats try to make it work
oh and it counts every bodies creatures so think about it with the new Necrotic Hex
(For those playing at home the best case scenario if none of the creatures in play are tokens that’s 68 power for 8 or 10 mana)
There is almost no situation where this card is not useful--any of the numerous 4-mana wraths then repopulate with zombie berserker tokens. This will go alongside Dark Salvation in mono-black or black/white zombies.
This is a great use of foretell, very skill intense as the enemy knows it's coming, and yet hard to stop especially at the low cost of a single black mana.

You exile the card face down when you foretell so theoretically they won't know for sure it's coming. Of course if only one foretell card sees play in a deck they'll know anyway.

But the enemy doesn't know it's coming -- it's a facedown card, so it could potentially be another foretell card. Depends on how many foretell cards the deck will play to see whether it will be easy to guess you have this or not.
still, this thing needs to be played on a deck with creatures so you can avoid it being a completely dead card... lol.
It triggers for any nontoken creatures having died this turn, so you can wrath your opponent's board then get tokens afterwards.
yeah, but if you're playing no creatures and your opponent is also playing no creatures, then this card is a dead card all the time.
pretty much like creature removal when your opponent has no creatures whatsoever.
I mean, I'd probably never run this card in a build without creatures because it would only be good if my opponent had a ton of creatures in their deck.
If I have no creatures and my opponent has only a handful, this is still really, really bad.
on the other hand, if I have plenty of creatures and a sacrifice theme, this card can just win the game on the spot.
or at the very least be a crazy reaction to opposing boardwipes.

Putting Foretell on non-creatures is actually a very good way to leverage the mechanic. I like the templating on it.
But that's some serious shenanigans to pull off after a Shatter the Sky or Storm's Wrath. Tee hee I'm so going to build around that when the rest of the set is released.

Hmm, another "leak" of a rare just a day before spoilers. These are planned/coordinated by WotC.
As for the card itself, sign me up, I'm onboard.

i find it funny this is a story spot light and voriklex isnt
Yeah, it's almost like Vorinclex isn't a major part of the plot of the set and people were freaking out like children for no reason...
Like I said, I can almost guarantee they are just going to sprinkle phyrexians into the next few sets in order to lead up to a Return to New Phyrexia story arc that will eventually come.
As for this card: Awesome. Super excited to try this out in like an aristocrats build.
Gotta love that zombie tokens usually etb tapped, but those are zombie berserkers, baby. Those are ready to fight right away!
Foretold card and an untapped swamp = potential for a whole lot of zombies at instant speed. That sounds pretty nasty.

This card seems absolutely bonkers. Instant speed? Untapped? One-sided effected? Foretell for only one mana???
The card will also combo well with Innistrad's stuff too I bet!
The Vorthos community will await the consequences of the Eldrazi Titans' deaths/sealing. We will keep the watch.

It even counts all non-token creatures, not just your own, unlike Caller of the Claw effects.
With the amount of exile removal around, this might not be good enough, but thats more a metagame issue than the potential this could have.
