That's an interesting way to do token-matters. The rakshasa would make a good sac target too. I have no idea what Noxious Dragon is doing here.
Soooo... Jerry Nadier here, have some kind of "Profit!" sac engine, then put Ephemerate on Isochron Scepter and go to town. Each blink will give you three tokens more than you had before. Combine with other "whenever a creature etb" "creature dies" etc. triggers for extra effect.
I adore pretty much every rakshasa ever. To me, they are the badass creatures that killed allanon in sword of shannara series, and therefore will always be amazing to me. Not that I disliked allanon, I just thought that fight was amazing.

Always happy to have Rakshasa as they are a unique and flavorful manner of demon... though I can understand why Wizards may not want to use them too much as they have some cultural baggage. The concept of a "Rakshasa Marriage" (look it up if you want)is decidedly not awesome and glorifying rakshasa too much may come with some blowback from people who cannot disambiguate between a mythological beast and a horrid act that share a name.
That is a huge stretch to associate that with a mythological creature and I think it's silly you even mentioned it. A rakshasa is just another name for demon in a different culture and nothing more or less.
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.

I believe it is black only, but I wanted to double check.
"I hope to have such a death... lying in triumph atop the broken bodies of those who slew me..."
Let me put it this way Phyrexian Processor Makes black tokens and it’s Is legal in Trostani, Selesnya's Voice Decks
same goes for extort cards
so yes it’s a mono black creature
