That's very sideways way to do nonbasic land hate. That being said, it doesn't have to be your opponent who separates all your hedron Zords. Give it a +1/+1 counter or something.
Um... okay? It's just a decently sized body that's good against spot removal and really bad against Wraths. Unless you're playing Commander, the Kicker clause might just as well be flavor text, because I suspect any scenario where you have 7 mana and would want to spend said mana on a big dumbo without evasion is the exact scenario where your opponent is sitting on a Wrath.
That said, in Commander it does scales up to the nonbasics each opponent controls, so if you have a cheap Instant speed way of triggering this, this is a huge army on legs.

Modern Tron decks can hit 7 mana either really easily (Green Tron) or with some difficulty (Eldrazi Tron).
On the one hand, board wipes such as Oblivion Stone and Wrath of God make this guy look like a fool, targeting abilities such as on Karn Liberated and Skyclave Apparition make it an embarrassment, and humble lesser removal like Bolt and Lava Dart already make it crumble into tokens. On the other hand, it resists one strong spot removal like Path to Exile or Fatal Push!

Yeah but Modern Tron has better things to do by paying 7, nevermind the fact ramping it out with Tron will give you less counters by default. I guess it's a decent target for Karn, the Great Creator though.

You can spend 7 and rely on your opponent to make this bigger, or you can minus yourself with a specific type of sppell to spread this into smaller bodies - neither effect is good in Standard, nevermind Eternal formats. If you're not considering how your opponent's cards interacts with this, your baseline here is a 4/4 vanilla for 4.
It's an efficient colorless beater with the ability to scale and resilience to spot removal. Those traits have been fairly well coveted for years in Magic, I suspect this guys will have a home in a bunch of places.
Could be fun in a deck using the Ozolith and all the +1/+1 counter cards in standard like Stonecoil Serpent and that legendary monogreen giant from Eldraine.
Since it doesn't have the "if you do", or "when you do" clause, I also like the idea of hitting it with multiple spells like, on their end turn target it with shock and in response to the trigger target it and one of their creatures with the Dizzying Swoop side of Ardenvale Tactician so you get double tokens.
The simple fact that this is a removal-resilient colorless creature (even though the baseline stats aren't great) makes me think it's going to see play in Standard somewhere.

Better...Six 3/3's.

Looks like a loader from BL2.

It’s a double whammy for opponents
about the size of a kaiju but if you shoot at The construct it pops into an ant nest amount of tokens

Next is: The creature is trash when I already lost the game.
Yeah...my bad. Six 3/3's. Whoop whoop!

It pops because it became targeted
You can loophole the con with activated abilities
It dies and splits into tokens before Unleash Fury resolves.
This also means no land from Assassin's Trophy, they don't gain 3 life from Lightning Helix, Stomp fizzles and they get no Bonecrusher Giant....
Does it give you 8 tokens if you haven't kicked it? Because that doesn't sound like a bad combo to pull off.
It will fizzle out so 4 tokens if no counters
But it doesn’t read amount of counters and does read it's total power so none target buff spells and abilities will make more tokens
