Sacrifice X lands. For each land sacrificed this way, draw a card. You may play X additional lands this turn. Lands you control enter the battlefield tapped this turn.
... what's the point of this card? You have to both pay X and sacrifice a lot of lands... not worth it

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
Scapeshift in red this is not, as scapeshift is efficiently costed for competitive play.
Very high cost to dig into your deck -- definitely feels more like for EDH decks than anything, or maybe some sort of late game option as playing it in the first four turns is not good for tempo. It's a bummer the lands reenter in tapped since the spell is so expensive to do anything.
The land sac isn't part of the cost, so with dorks, rocks or ritual you could get empty from your hand a number of extra lands with value of X>NumberOfLandsYouControl.

Yep and mention earlier you can resurrect them with Crucible of worlds esque cards
Certainly a very interesting card. Not sure how good it's going to be, but I can't wait to see what people come up with just to see if they can make it work.
Good thing it didn't come with a "as an additional cost to play sacrifice X lands" clause so if this countered you don't just lose the game.
It's also worth remembering that even with the lands coming into play tapped, they'll still trigger landfall. This seems really strong in a R/x landfall aggro deck, where this could easily give your creatures +2X/+2X, if you hit all those land drops. That can finish your opponent off with stuff like Skyclave Pick-Axe, Brushfire Elemental or Skyclave Geopede
though it does really point out some of the glaring problems with nahiri as a character. a lot of her cards deal with lithomancy, but her actual planeswalker cards are almost always lolduuuurrr equipment. total missed opportunity to take her in a better, more effective, direction than giving us the same old ***** over and over like they did.

Sure, but you only draw a card for each land you actually sacrifice. You can't "cheat" on that part.
Not sure what I would actually want to take out of Windgrace EDH for this. I only really like it if I have a Gitrog Monster out, but that's also true of basically every card in jund lands.
Scapeshift cost 4... not an arm and a leg. It also let you search the library and not depend on the luck of the draw.

card seems pretty bad, barring a very specific situation where you have both Crucible of Worlds or Ramunap Escavator AND some kind of landfall payoff.
else it's just a pretty awful card.
at least, lands are sacrificed on resolution, so it might have some weird niche applications where you cast it for a number of X higher than your land count.
are people forgetting that the Red Minotaur extra combat dude is in this set.. this lets mono-R be able to drop a bunch of lands in 1 turn and just win the game with 4+ extra combats...

And in case people are forgetting, even getting two land drops with this and the minotaur, is lethal in edh if he hits face (6x3 +3/+0 = 21). Any lands beyond two is extra combat steps for him to swing at the next person in edh which lets say you get 3 instead of 2, he now swings at your face for 10 commander damage. Haven't even touched on the fact that if red does this strategy it usually does run damage doublers so its even faster.
And in case people are blind saying etbt is a drawbak, I guess people have short term memory on amulet titan since it relies on Amulet of Vigor. Not that it would run it but the amulet itself gives you more a reason to run amulet in mono colors. Especially when you factor in the lands that are DFC and can be played as lands that etbt which means the Amulet of Vigor is going to see a lot more use as a way to avoid bolting yourself.

RUNIN: Norse mythology set (awaiting further playtesting)
FATE of ALARA: Multicolour factions (currently on hiatus)
Contibutor to the Pyrulea community set
I'm here to tell you that all your set mechanics are bad

The design and theory of the card is fine.
Dude.........this is somewhat scapeshift in red and imagine with a crucible of worlds and a Amulet of vigor In play
Plus lord windgrace Decks

Not bad for EDH tho.
Oh yes, this goes DIRECTLY into Lord Windgrace.

To make it worthwhile you want like 10 lands and then the lands even enter tapped !
God its terrible.
Just do your self a favor and play green to use a Genesis Wave
