This is a very cool card. Man-o-war with upside. With that said I was hoping for something a bit more "wizardy" or spell based.

Barrin is a headmaster who learns from his pupils - so by bouncing them he takes them under his wing, thus protecting them, and he learns a lil something about himself from them (the card draw).

I guess that makes sense. It is a very neat way to look at the card. Very cool.

I wish his first ability was an activated ability to make him more powerful. Kind of like a built in protection/blink effect.

Sunken Hope! I'm so happy that Barrin's new card is potent and fun, I like that he leans into blue's bounce mechanic. I do kinda wish he triggered off bounce to anyone's hand and wasn't limited to your turn, but this will do. A lot of cards bounce to your hand as a drawback or cost, I love that Barrin breaks that.

My favorite bounce-enabler isn't on that list! Whitemane Lion I always use it to return itself.

His art looks so cool, especially with that blue border.

The best part of Barrin's card is the second effect, namely that it directly links back to the Ice Age methodology of 'at the end of your turn'.

Because cool mechanics are great, but great theming is marvelous...

Cavern Harpy goes perfectly with this card.

I'd just like to appreciate The Professor's video, that was great fun and very educational.

Flooded Shoreline for the oldschool like me.

This has a lot of fun potential with leaves-the-battlefield effects à la revolt. And now you can safely cast cards like Disappearing Act and do so with a sense of fear. Fear!
