It's fine removal. There needs to be some specific reason you'd want this over Heartless Act or Eliminate though so probably won't actually see any Standard play this time around. I am glad they are back printing this kind of card at common for Limited though, the days of them making any decent removal spell uncommon to make the Limited experience better was nonsense and thankfully seems to have gone over the past year.

Nice removal reprint for limited
standard is already extremely removal heavy so i'm less than enthusiastic about new efficient removal
