This looks like promising, a UR tempo build should be able to drop this for 2 mana without much effort, let's hope once 3feri rotates UR tempo becomes more viable, I really like the archetype but it still hasn't had the time to shine.
They are pushing the spells deck hard. Sprite Dragon followed by this. Next thing you know there will be a Monastery Swiftspear reprint. This could hit Pioneer too given it dodges the most played removal spells in the format, though the Pioneer prowess deck doesn't really need more Prowess creatures it needs more good 1 mana spells.

That sounds fun, a Swiftspear repeat, UR Prowess deserves some love, it's fun to play, shouldn't be that expensive to build (Brazen Cashgrabber notwithstanding and the reach burn spells provide can make the difference when playing against ramp decks, which I don't think will go away considering how much WOTC seems to like printing mana doublers and similar stuff that encourages dropping a big busted threat that dominates the board.
This seems really good. 3/3 flying for two is already nice, but prowess and scry 2 on top? It not even that terrible if you pay full cost. It's still at the rate of a pretty good limited card.
