It could very well be promo art for the winter set. They took Sorin out of it and if Emrakul is returning which Mark Rosewater has repeatedly answered questions about, it seems like the art would be fitting.
Kinda lame that they ruined the pristine surface of that haunting moon with the glyph. I suppose it's a haunting reminder that Emrakul still lurks there.

It has Nothing to do with Innistrad. Its not even a picture of Innistrads moon.

BFZ block was arguably the worst block in recent memory,the Shadows over Innistrad block was pretty decent tbh
