I thought it was well understood or known around here Wizards don’t give consideration to what cards do in Modern or Legacy, they only test what cards could do in Standard, that’s it. They probably don’t take into account Pioneer either.

They don't test for Modern or Legacy, that doesn't mean they don't consider it at all though.
what the hell was WotC thinking? t1 win- I don't care to go over it right now, but rite of flame, Eldrazi conscription, faithless looting, Storm herald... not too hard or expensive.
6-card combo that fizzles to FoW, seems okay to me.
There are many T1 wins in legacy, but storm herald has a valid plan for after it fails, unlike several of the others. With faithless looting and rites of flame, we can see anything from T1 with annihilator 2 and 10+ damage. FoW also only goes so far as the Storm Herald still goes to Graveyard, and with cards like unearth, it is still quite broken.

Can't tell if you're serious. Do you actually think a combo that requires you to have 6 particular cards in your opening hand, including multiples of two different cards is going to be a serious threat in a format as high powered as Legacy?
