Sultai makes sense to me since we haven't had it yet as a planeswalker, and this set will probably already have a Rx and a Ux walker in the form of the twins.
Oko seems pretty Temur to me. a dislike of rules, destructive out of a desire to lash out at a system, a preference for the wild and uncivilized, and a penchant for mind magic and trickery. He uses his charisma and cunning to usurp orderliness and tradition.
The most difficult colour to associate with him of the three is in fact not Red but Green.
I understand your points but I would argue that his trickery borders on sadism and to me that seems more sultai than temur at least to me. And I think it would be really weird if he shared both of the twins colors.
Sadism can fit within Red and Green. Here’s a link to the Theros article on Satyrs.
As you can see, the Bacchanals have some pretty depraved stuff in them and the Satyrs have no qualms with performing some pretty cruel tricks. Cruelty isn’t only found in black, it’s the reasons for the cruelty that inform the colour alignment.
The “because” matters.

so in 3 weeks we have the prerelease, when will actual spoiler start ?
tbh i prefer a slow step by step introduction of a set, so that u have time to "explore" the set, give each card a spotlight. guess its to late for that, does it mean we get everything within 2 weeks ?

Pre-release will be the last weekend in September, which is 4 weeks away. Spoilers will start next week.

This is honestly the most compelling argument for me even if I also completely understand why many think Oko is more URG aligned. Though I do think it's worth mentioning that a planeswalker's overall alignment doesn't necessarily mean their cards must always be represented by those exact colors (Ajani, Arlinn, and Tamiyo are good examples where they are aligned with various color configurations but aren't always printed in all of those colors all the time because secondary affiliations don't always make sense for individual card designs), so Oko may not actually be three colors when we get his card.

Except that this set is Top down rather than Bottom up. Which means that WotC is less concerned with using narrative to explain the mechanical design they wanted, but rather they started with the kind of tropes and ‘feel’ of a set and built mechanics to reflect these.
So apart from the colour and format balancing done in all sets (and someone already explained why this is rarely an issue in 3 colour) I don’t think they’ll be trying to fill any other holes in the larger meta, but rather they’ll be filling tropes.
That said, one can argue from a trope standpoint that Sultai would reflect well the trope of dark fey, the unseelie court that pays a tithe to hell and is quite vicious.
And if fey and fairies can be reimagined as humanoid in size, he’d go well with the rest of the fairy tribe with U/B in his alignment...

I'm not sure that refutes my point. A set can be designed top down and a planeswalker card in the set can still not be all colors in that character's alignment. Even in flavor/trope heavy sets, characters don't need to see print exactly as they may exist lore-wise.
Speaking of top and Bottom, I would have found it deeply amusing if Oko had transformed other creatures into asses, rather than elk. Lost opportunity is lost.
I guess everyone was both right and wrong at the same time lol. Everybody seemed to have the simic aspect down lol.

Embrace the dark you call a home,
Gaze upon an empty, white throne
A legacy of lies,
A familiar disguise
Sing with me a song of conquest and fate
The black pillar cracks beneath its weight

Lost in thoughts all alone

"Ya Nasty! You need Jesus!" Hehehe.....
Simic it is. Would have been cool if he has been a walker with one hybrid symbol and another colored symbol as one poster suggested. Maybe another time.
I tried tell you guys the other walker in throne of eldraine would not be Garruk they have a plan for him just not the time yet
This guy looks interesting hard to tell if he’s hero or not all I see so far is he’s a prankster
Eh, I think with zero reason for Garruk to show up prior to this it's far from an unreasonable thing to expect. Especially given two Planeswalkers in the same card is a first for this set, so with Rowan, Will, and Oko accounted for Garruk had no room.
