Sevinne's ability affects any spell cast from the grave, so Spelltwine, retrace, and aftermath mechanics all work with him. Nothing inspiring however.
I'm afraid not.
Spelltwine's copies aren't in the graveyard; they're in exile. Spelltwine and Sevinne have no real interactions of note aside from Spelltwine being a good card, because Spelltwine will only ever touch the graveyard if it's sent there by an opponent milling you or making you discard.

However, it does work with the other two.
Thank you for correction, I forgot how that card works. :3
Anje's Ravager does look good for eternal format applications, might find a home in legacy. There's something particularly crazy about having a 1R madness card in a deck discarding both players that can... deal 3 damage and draw 3 cards. Per turn. Wait what? Perhaps one of the most efficient card draw engines out there when you're running through your hand. It sure makes asylum visitor, blood scrivener, nihilistic glee and idle thoughts look like chumps. It might be a bit slower to start drawing then bedlam reveler, but just one of these on the battlefield can produce card advantage that makes even recall in vintage blush, and it can be discarded on opponents EOT
I'm not crazy about any of the face cards. They basically just care about their keyword. Ghired is the only one that's useful outside of a dedicated deck. Oh well.
A little disappointed that it's WUR and not RUG, and also a little disappointed that I could have guessed the abilities for most of them pretty randomly. The only thing that I didn't expect is the damage prevention clause, maybe there's a lot of symmetrical damage effects ala Rolling Temblor.
Depending on how things pan out the R/B deck might be pretty fun. I have some hope for the Sultai deck as well, kinda cool that the commander gives you immediate value by providing you with a 2/2 body and a card for free when it comes down. The populate spell with a haste enabler could be strong against enough small creatures. We'll see with the WUR deck. I like spell based decks and doubling things, and I loved the burning vengeance decks of standard formats of old, so with the right cards I might get that anyways because I'm a big chump.
Gotta admit, the thing I'm most disappointed by is the set symbol.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

Ghired's Belligerence is pretty neat though.
Sevinne works with any spell cast from graveyards, including retrace and aftermath, so on that end it’s more versatile.
I'm really not feeling it this year. The most exciting thing for me was the exceptional quality of Gerrard's new art, which I do admire. Ideally he will be mono-white. Decks based on mechanics was never going to intrigue me as a Vorthos, and if they did, the mechanics would have had to be something like Landfall, Constellation, Devotion, Monstrosity, or something more appealing, at least to me personally. Let's just say the four selected here are not.
It's nice at least seeing a requested character like Anje Faulkenrath receive a card. Although I don't care for this character, I know the thrill of getting a sought after card, because Arixmethes will forever be my fondest memory and card in the game. But I don't suspect this year's product is going to have anything remotely as interesting for me. My attentions are focused more on Thanasis, Pavios and the remaining Kamigawa novel characters. So really, the past character cards are for others now that I have Arixmethes.
I'm just not really into the new cards, the mechanics, or more three-color Commanders. Here's to some good reprints, hopefully. At least that. The set crest this year looks remarkably like last year's, not that I mind. I like both.

Yep, Gerrard was the only interesting reveal of the panel for me as well. I wouldn't count on him being monowhite though. MaRo clearly stated on several platforms that Gerrard was in need of a new card because the old one was a poor representation of the character, and his main argument was that Gerrard was RW.

I know exactly how you feel. Honestly, this year's themes don't do it for me either. But that doesn't mean we don't get some totally unexpected goodies in those decks. Last year's themes and face cards were not particularly interesting for me so I felt somewhat disappointed… and then they dropped Xantcha, Sleeper Agent and Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle completely out of the blue!
How would you like the missing God of Love (mentioned by Kruphix in Kruphix's Insight) in RG or RGW? Fingers crossed!
So the Sultai commander pretty much goes infinite on a dime with Cloudstone Curio in colours that give it access to Brain Freeze and Tendrils of Agony. I blame small print on the preview images on my phone

Automatic +2 on commander tax, ouch.
But it could also save your own commander if they were taken controlled by opponent.
