If I'm not misunderstanding your steps, how are you playing 2 lands on T3? I get to 6 Mana on 3 - T1 land and Elf, T2 Land and Blood Sun (lave the turn with 3 mana) T3 Lotus Field, so land, land, elf, Lotus Field - 6 mana, which is still great on T3. Play Kiora, minus her, drop a giant monster and draw a card. then you've got 10 mana on 4. I feel like that might get us something.
Edit: I feel like the new Dragon Legend is exactly what you want to ramp into here, so T3 (christmas land perhaps) Kiora, Samut, Tyrant Smasher, t4 Hasty 7/7 flying dragon with buit-in 1 sided Wrath. Seems like fun. Sure, it's a little glass-cannon ish but no risk - no reward right?
Your right, I made a mistake there. So this is what it should be.
T3 Alternative: Lotus Field so should have 6 mana. Play Nissa, Who Shakes the World but I wonder if this is a dangerous play since Land should no longer have hexproof.

I am not in the business of assuming things. I'm only interested in 1 business and that business serves 2 things, Cold L's and Hot Dub's."

Would a land animated by Nissa even have Vigilance and Haste, or would Blood Sun strip those? Not sure about sequence of application of effects here.
If you made your new Lotus Field a creature but it can't hold haste, you won't even be able to tap it for mana again T3.

I've built a deck around this that gets to do this a lot:
T1 Dual land with G (Breeding Pool, Stomping Ground), Llanowar Elves
T2 Lotus Field, Repudiate the sac ability (can also use Tale's End now) (this also lets the land keep the hexproof that Blood Sun would remove)
T3 Ilharg, the Raze-Boar
If the Boar isn't dealt with, the deck is loaded with Agent of Treachery, Ravager Wurms, and then copy spells like Replicate, and Quasiduplicate so you can copy the creature before it's returned to hand. This usually results in a T4 scoop. I've also got Chandra, Awakened Inferno and Liliana, Dreadhorne General in the deck as they can come down turn 3 and are hard to deal with that early.
It's fun when you get all the right cards to start with, and just slower when you don't.

T1 Stomping Ground + Llanowar Elf
T2 Land + Blood Sun
T3 Lotus Field so should have 6 mana. Play Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner, then untap Lotus Field have 6 mana

Have no idea about the dragon legend. Could play Carnage Tyrant or maybe go Naya and play Palladia-Mors, the Ruiner.
Still I don't think the consistency is there. Looks great when it hits though.
