Guess the only way it'll be worthwhile is if you combo it with Hexmage and suck all the counters off it turn 2. Or can you do that? Since it's in exile, I assume you can't.
So...is it any good? I know you can remove time counters with other cards, but it seems like a lot of hoops to jump through just for fixing in the first couple turns.
Very meh. Lotus Bloom already exists. From a nostalgic perspective, I do appreciate the card. References both the P9 and the Suspend cycle from TSP. From a playability standpoint, it's disappointing. I can respect it, though.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Hexmage can't target cards that aren't on the battlefield. No card does that unless it specifically mentions a location other than the battlefield.
Weird mineral choice for this one, too. All of the other moxes are generally well known minerals but I had to google to see if this was a real thing or another case of "unobtainium".

I am glad it exists but should have been Suspend 1 since Lotus Bloom is Suspend 3.

Now feels like a good time to compile a list of all the block-border Moxen so far:
I wonder when we'll get Moxen for Gold, Silver, Crystal, Platinum, Sun, Moon, Sword, and Shield? Gotta complete the PokeMoxen!
This is less playable than Mox Amber, and that says something. Maybe form the name alone it'll hold a price, but this is probably the least playable mythic we've seen from the set, maybe the least playable when the entire set is out.
This is strictly worse than all the other moxen, and any other artifact ramp worth playing for that matter. If I have to wait 3 turns for a card to be playable, it had better win me the game.
I'm sure it will be a bomb in limited, but it won't see constructed play.
Lots of chaff/filler in this set so far. Hopefully we get some REAL spoilers soon.
I guess we are reaching a point where you can only print so many 0 cost artifacts that produce 1 mana of any color. This might as well read “When you draw this card, reveal it to your opponents and then exile it”. Since I doubt in 3 turns it’ll still be relevant.
Just because of the Snow subtheme, I really wish we could’ve gotten a Snowcraft Mox. It may not have been broken like some of the older moxen, but at least it would be playable if not really good in the right strategy, and would get better as we got more snow stuff.
Alas, we have the worst Mox by far. I kinda wish they’d just stop making Moxen if they’re gonna just be garbage like this and Mox Amber.
Agree it feels lackluster but it's the kind of card that will be pretty broken with the right printings. Also it's not legendary so multiples will add additional power
Even at with 1 time counter that’s basically a come into play tapped scenario, quite a bit worse than original moxen yet very playable. The real question is, can the usual trash red mythic be worse than this?

If a judge could confirm or deny this ?

if you get this AND don`t miss your first 3 land drops, than it did better than a land.
else, if you'd just draw a land, you'd be better of.
