No, you chose any combination of up to two artifacts/enchantments and destroy them. It's basically a free double Naturalize, which is already really good. Will help break a lot of stalemates and locks in Modern, I'd suspect.

Green getting this vs blue getting pact of Negation is like blue getting force of will and green getting bounty of the hunt. After 23 years the multiverse is finally rebalancing itself.
I honestly don't get the hype. Pitch spells are something you sideboard out, not in, and I can't imagine this being the best choice when it comes to SB artifact destruction.

It's enchantment hate you can cast through Blood Moon and at cmc 4 also generally dodges Chalice. Plus, at being a 2 for 2, I can see this replacing Nature's Claim in the sideboard of heavy green decks that run that. It even kills Eidolon of the Great Revel without taking face damage.
It definitely merits playtesting at the least.

It's probably more relevant in vintage or legacy than it is in modern. Certainly there are decks that this can work against but they are far outweighed by other decks atm.
If this had a modular ability to exile target card from any graveyard it would be on par with Return to Nature If not better due to being able to cast it for free. Either way it's already a staple card in Green EDH / Commander decks and I wouldn't be surprised If players started running Riftsweeper more because of it.

It's only a 2-for-2 if your opponent has two artifact/enchantments to destroy. That's the problem. If they just have one key thing you need to kill, it's a terrible SB card because it 2-for-1s you. If, on the other hand, their deck is full of artifacts, like Affinity or Prison, it's also quite bad because in that case you want a sweeper like Shatterstorm or Creeping Corrosion. It's very bad when your SB cards are situational this way, in a format as wide open as Modern.
Saying Force of Vigor 2-for-1s you is like saying Force of Will 2-for-1s you. The fact you can cast it without any mana is significant. And if an artifact or enchantment is significant enough that you need to remove it, then getting to destroy it without having to spend a single mana is worth giving up the extra card.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

You absolutely misread it. You can destroy 1 artifact, or 1 enchantment, or 2 artifacts, or 2 enchantments, or 1 artifact and 1 enchantment.

Yeah, I was expecting a better Bounty of the Hunt that let you keep the counters.
