Vampire Opportunist and Tithebearer Giant are obvious plants for the commander format, but I like all of them.
How so? All of these cards seem vastly underwhelming in Commander.
The opportunist is for Orzhov taxing decks, as a potential finisher. The Giant is overcosted for most formats, but has a decent body for its cost, and works as a bigger Phyrexian Rager, a card that is played a lot in Commander. Casting Cost and activated abilities with high costs are not really an issue in the format.

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.

Pretty sure they're limited chaff not commander plants. A seven mana sink isn't useful except in infinite mana situations where most effects will make you win. I'm not sure who is playing Phyrexian Rager but Tithebearer is not enough for 6 mana. Not even Phyrexian Gargantua sees play at 6 mana.
Sure, there is a chance of spending $4 on a booster and getting the Mythic Rare $30 super card. There is also a chance of surviving putting your tongue in a light socket.

Obviously the Giant is a plant for commander Najeela with its Warrior typing.
Kidding aside, these look like limited or Brawl options. If power 4 or greater is a thing in limited, the Rogue might be a way to slip around that. Otherwise these cards don't seem to have too much application elsewhere.

Rager is occasionally played in Commander. And only in decks that can reuse and abuse its etb, but don't have access to blue creatures with betterdraw etbs. Any deck that has room for Tithebearer Giant would rather just run Phyrexian Gargantua.
Vampire Opportunist, meanwhile, isn't significantly better than Bloodrite Invoker, and all of the invokers see little, if any play. According to EDHRec, all twelve invokers collectively see less play than Maze's End.

Just wanted to echo the above sentiments that these are way too slow for EDH. Phyrexian Rager saw some play maybe a decade ago when EDH decks were much less optimized and our choices for value ETB's on creatures were much narrower. No offense to Krishnath at all, but we EDH enthusiasts groan every time someone mentions a 6cmc fringe playable common as "Commander fodder".
As for the cards themselves, I think they're all solid for limited. The vampire is ridiculously expensive, but in a late game stalemate it could be a great way to slowly chip the game in your favor. The Knight will be great at holding off aggressive decks and the giant is a big body with card draw attached, nothing unplayable there. The rogue is a bit meh, but I could see him doing work in an aggro deck for limited.

I've seen Rager played in some Grenzo, Dungeon Warden decks, but, of course, the two power is important there. No Grenzo player is going to run a +3 power creature with as little impact as Tithebearer.

You've never played a defensive Orzhov taxing deck I take it. Both are good fits for it.

Vampire Opportunist? More like "Desperate Vampire". She's trying to drain a desiccated corpse coated in rock, for pete's sake. That's like trying to substitute dry sand for water in your diet.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
You've never played a defensive Orzhov taxing deck I take it. Both are good fits for it.
You must have the most forgiving or heavily budgeted playgroup on the planet if you think those are even close to commander playable. And that’s coming from someone who would rather play more expensive or on theme cards than cheap value stuff and answers.

You are kidding. Scholar of Athreos is better than the vampire and sees no play. Between extort and creatures that drain without needing huge mana investments, there are 100 better effects than this in WB.
The Giant is also unplayable in commander, unless you have some niche tribal interaction or something. Champion of Dusk, Bloodgift Demon, Dusk Legion Zealot, Graveborn Muse, Gargantua, Rager... these are all better black sources of card draw attached to creatures that are better rates than this Giant. Even Blade Juggler is better.
While you are tapping out on turn 6 to play a 4/5 that draws you a card, your opponents will be playing Demonlord Belzenlok and drawing their deck.
Maybe your playgroup plays commander very casually, but you are the outlier. Cards like this are for limited play. Mana sink for when you get flooded. Big body and card flow for the top of your curve. I would play these sometimes in limited. But don't say they are designed for commander because they are not.
Bolas' Citadel is for commander. You have a higher life total allowing you to get away with paying life to 'storm off'. Casualties of War is a commander card - a format with 3 opponents will make it easier to use all of the modes. Niv-Mizzet Reborn is a commander card and will literally never be played in any other format.
Commander does not mean high CMC draft filler cards. Admittedly, some commander players are competitive and others are casual, but even casual metas will get better spells than this.
i've got a box of commander decks that use a lot of common cards or unusual cards that aren't directly off the Bennie Smith and His Hundred Basilisk Collars auto-include list (but they're for playing against each other, not for challenging big expensive edh decks) and my fave card here is the 1/5 lifelinker because attaching equipment to that sort of creature is usually really entertaining.

Oh well its practically a 2/1 vanilla...which is serviceable.

Cantrips are good in EDH, but not on 6 mana cards. Baleful Strix is a commander staple. Drownyard Explorers is not.
