This one was leaked but I'm glad the leak turned out to be real because this is a pretty strong planeswalker. First-pickable in Limited and might be a useful tool in some kind of Gruul or Jund aggro deck.

Lapsed DCI Rules Advisor - Retired from playing but still hanging around
At the start its Lilliana, Ral, Kaya, Baan, Domri, Vraska, Tezzeret, Bolas, Angrath, and possibly Ashiok.
Lilliana turns against Bolas in the trailer, which may or may not lead to her death.
At some point Kaya and Ral turn against Bolas, as they've both been shown fighting Eternals.
Vraska's supposed to flip at Jace's trigger, but we've yet to confirm it happens.
I still think there's more to Baan than meets the eye here.
Poor Domri looks like he'll follow Bolas right off the cliff. He's pretty all-in on the End Raze thing.
Tezzeret hates Bolas, and will likely betray him if given the chance, but he might be too far under Bolas' thumb.
I'm still not 100% sure why Angrath is on Bolas' side, other than its giving him an opportunity to break things. Serving BOlas just seems to anathemic to Angrath's freedom-loving mindset.
No idea with Ashiok, or if they're even on Bolas' side in the first place (their artwork shows them in what looks like Bolas' meditation realm, which unless they invaded there, means they're a guest of Bolas.
so even if this fella doesn't survive the turn after you drop him, he's at the very least a boardwide buff and a removal spell in one three-mana card. I can think of worse packages.
This is way underrated, based on how no one was talking about him after the initial leak.
I've been piloting a Gruul deck on MTGO over the last month, netting me 1200 tickets in Competitive League. This will put the deck over the top. It's a 3 mana planeswalker that does FOUR relevant things.
At the start its Lilliana, Ral, Kaya, Baan, Domri, Vraska, Tezzeret, Bolas, Angrath, and possibly Ashiok.

I'm 99.9% certain Angrath is on team Angrath. Not sure why he showed up, but he just wants to destroy because he can't leave. I think we will learn more about Ashiok once his card is spoiled, but for him the lure of a metropolitan plane filled with unsuspecting victims would be pretty enticing.

Standard - Some kind of control
Modern - UB Mill (casual)
EDH - Meren's Grave Shenanigans
I wouldn't be surprised if Ashiok and Tibalt were originally supposed to be Bolas' agents in the Dimir and Rakdos respectively, but for one reason or another failed to gain a foothold.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
This is a great card for low to the ground aggro and maybe even midramge. In aggro he lets you play himself and a 1/2 drop on turn 3/4 with protection and a power bump. The fight removal is just a grear optiob in that scenario but it might be pretty sweet in a midrange build.

His -2, besides being removal, also is a decent enabler for enrage dinos. Too bad they can only fight opponents creatures, I guess they thought his card would be too strong vs control if you could force two of your own creatures to fight.

Ral turned the second that Bolas invaded, and then lit the beacon, which summoned all the planeswalkers. Which was exactly what Bolas planned. Thing is, Ral is loyal to the Izzet guild first and foremost and he felt that Niv-Mizzet had lost his way, which is why he took over, with Bolas's help (and that Nivvy withdrew helped). Of course, had Niv not thought that Ral could handle it, he would never have allowed the planeswalker to take over. Remember, Niv-Mizzet is almost as old as Bolas, and possibly smarter, and he has dealt with planeswalkers before, when they were living gods. I have a sneaking suspicion that Nivvy is going to be one of the wrenches that fouls up Bolas's plan.
