Several hours before I thought to myself... that the only thing that can ruin Feather getting a card for me would be her getting an ugly art, like something spiky, angular, spread-eagled from Wayne Reynolds.
And here we are...

I want to hug each and every one of her glorious spikes for letting me do something new in Boros EDH
Don't even want to think of her in Jeskai lists, Paradoxical Outcomes for days.
Also it should be noted that because her trigger also exiles the spell that if you Flashback, or Jumpstart or Torrential Gearhulk or Goblin Dark-Dwellers a card that targets it can be saved by her because both effects are putting the card into exile.

thank you, Mr Reynolds
thank you, Wizards
Do not be mistaken, I LOVE her getting a card like any hardcore Vorthos
I'm getting used to it already

I am pretty sure as the active player you get to choose and then on rebounded cards I am pretty sure because both an exiled Rebounded spell and her ability throw the card into exile that you will get it back to hand.
If it weren't for her terrible colors, I could imagine this being a very, very powerful Commander in EDH, because she would allow for both Voltron and recursive strategies.
But only having access to white and red is a really big drawback.
Just to make sure I'm right on the rules here- this trigger happens on cast, right? I get that if it gets countered, it goes to the graveyard, because it never resolved. But once that cast trigger goes on the stack, as long as the spell resolves, you're getting it back, no matter what happens to Feather, right?

Both Feather and Rebound have replacement effects. If you control two replacement effects that happen at the same time impacting the same card you choose which to keep and which to ignore.

That is how the trigger reads to me.
That's not how it works. If the spell never resolves, you never exile it. Since the "return to hand" bit has "if you do" at the beginning, you can't return it to your hand if you don't exile it to her ability.

That... wasn't the question I was asking at all.
We already know the spell won't exile if it doesn't resolve. What we're wondering is if there's any point it can be stopped after the cast by simply killing Feather

So is Aurelia. Does kill your angel tokens though. God I thought it worked whenever you targeted something imagine that in Burn lol.

Both rebound and Feather try to replace where the spell ends up after it resolves, so you can choose which to apply.

GLORIOUS

Feather: (as she hands you your spell back for the eighth time) This is getting old, you know.
You: Oh, suck it up, buttercup. You have 4 toughness.
Feather: THAT DOESNT STOP IT FROM HURTING.
That... wasn't the question I was asking at all.
