It's fine for limited but not a bomb. 3 toughness means it dies to any old bolt type removal. The stats are just too low for six mana to get me really excited. You can usually only fit a couple 6 drops in your deck, so the bar is pretty high.
I think you're vastly underestimating how powerful the keyword soup is. The combination of Flying, Vigilance and Lifelink makes her nearly unstoppable in most reasonable situations. Like, imagine the kind of board presence you need to be profitably attacking into one of these. Like, multiple 4/4s? Anything with 3 toughness or less is not only a blank but actively bad to attack with because she can gain life on both offense and defense. And God forbid you manage to put a counter on her and start proliferating. Courage in Crisis just makes her a better Lyra Dawnbringer.
Well, except for the part where you spent 9 mana and 2 cards.
Vigilance is great on creatures that are hard to kill, because even if they have a trick they're probably 2-for-1ing at best. For a 3/3 you'd better have a counter-trick in hand, or blocking with this is going to be risky as hell. Not to mention how strong removal looks in this set. I'd consider the vigilance pretty minor on a card with such weak stats and such high cost. Getting involved in combat is almost always going to be a last resort unless you've got a trick in hand. And investing additional resources to pump this up, with how good the removal in the set is, also seems very risky to me. Not to mention it's all very slow. For 6 mana I want a more immediate impact, usually.
Will this sometimes run away with the game? Sure, it does have a fairly high ceiling, but its floor is very low. I don't like that much variance in my 6-drops. The eternal skylord is much more my cup of tea - less vulnerable to removal, costs less, more stats, potential immediate impact...all around much more reliable.
Little sidenote: If we ever get a Feather card, I hope we will get her with a 4-wing art. She is supposed to be the last boros angel alive made in the image of Razia.

Eternal Skylord is a good card, but it also matches up really badly against Sunblade Angel. Just sayin'.
I guess we'll find out who was right in a few weeks.

How so? It only matches up badly if you have no removal, no combat tricks, no proliferate, no existing army, and the angel comes out at the same time despite costing more.
I agree with what has been previously said, this is just a good limited card. The 6 cmc removes it from bomb class card. The difference between 4 and 5 cmc is big and 5 to 6 even moreso. Not big enough to be a control finisher without help. With help it's really good, but that's so dependent I'd almost say its Magical Christmas Land.
Wait, does that flavor text mean we're getting Feather?!?
Wait a minute... Feather, Fblthp, Massacre Girl... There aren't any highly requested legends from Ravnica left after this set. We... we might not be coming back to Ravnica in the foreseeable future...
It’d be a good thing. You can only reuse a plane that many times within years before it gets boring.

Considering that each time they come back to Ravnica under this new set structure they need to dedicate two sets to it so they can fit all the guilds in, I'd imagine we won't. Unless they do something like an Agyrem-based set. That'd be something.
Hopefully this means we are indeed getting Feather as legend.
Parhelion II as (legendary) vehicle would be nice as well.
Hopefully legendary artifact creature! We’re already getting one legend for each color and each pair AND a 5-c, night as well have a colorless legend too.

We will 100% be coming back to Ravnica. It is one of, if not THE, most popular plane in the game. But we will not be headed back here anytime soon. 6+ years at least.

It's ok, they've given us at least one new one to request in the form of Mileva. She is a complete and utter badass.
As for the angel above, I had to read its text trice. Holy frigg! I am going to make space in some of my white commander decks for that one. Sure it is only a 3/3, but it is a very powerful 3/3.

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
Between the common 3 damage removal, and the uncommon 3 damage removal, both at 2 mana, I'm wondering if this will even be playable in the mainboard tbh. The quality of removal in this set might force out high-cmc, low-toughness creatures that don't have an immediate impact.
