this seems.....really strong in Modern Burn. 1/3 for 2, it's not good, but a free Burn spell every turn it lives is very good, and if they remove it, that's a Guide that lives

It swings on turn 3 in modern, slowing down your gameplan by 1 turn, but giving reach on later turns assuming it sticks. This feels more like a wizard counter burn type of card rather than sleigh. Burn literally doesn't care about the late game or getting value off early plays because the opponent should be dead already.

The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.

Probably ought to chill out. No one is cutting snappy for this. Having to attack and only getting 1 drops without set up is a major issue. It’s strong but not snapcaster level powerful.
i didnt at all say they were 'cutting snappy for this'. i said its one the same level of power. it has a completely different purpose and its not reactive like snapcaster, but double bolting(3x damage twice or 6x to one target), doubling pump spells, ect ect. = same level of power. you will understand once this set comes into modern.
