Ob Nixilis, the Hate-Twisted 3BB
Legendary Planeswalker -- Nixilis (uncommon)
Whenever an opponent draws a card, Ob Nixilis, the Hate-Twisted, deals 1 damage to that player.
-2: Destroy target creature. Its controller draws two cards.
5 loyalty
Ob Nixilis's Cruelty 2B
Instant (common)
Target creature gets -5/-5 until end of turn. If that creature would die this turn, exile it instead.
Ob's cards are all so different but all feel kinda brutal, 2 creatures, a normal walker card, a commander walker card and now an uncommon card.

The planeswalker is really neat. It's Underworld Dreams that be used as either Altar's Reap (...and look who's in the art) or inefficient removal that damages the opponent. Nekusar approves.
The art was previewed in the other threat (maybe they should be merged). 3 for -5/-5 and the exile on top is good. This Ob seems like a better Underworld Dreams ect, he is still removal/card advantage, depending on the situation.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
I think this is a pretty acceptable replacement for Dismember in some black decks.
The walker is a cool Limited piece. Has real ramifications and reasons to not use him. Stall, stall, stall and you can win on defense; use him to kill their big stuff and increase the clock, but risk drawing your opponent into something bigger.
Ok, that removal spell sounds really good for Pauper, Limited AND Standard to boot. It shouldn't replace Dismember in Modern, but feels like an automatic 1st pick in Draft, you're getting what's mostly an improved Grotesque Demise for the same cost, gimme some.
Yeah, the removal is super good. Anyone remember Pull Under?
Don't be so harsh on that card, remember it has the Arcane subtype:laugh2: now seriously, Pull Under looks so ridiculous next to this it makes you feel sorry for Kamigawa (yet another time)
Wow, been really curious how the PW's would look at uncommon. Had this idea in my head that they would just be watered down versions w/ the typical, small +, small - & game changing -. So far these feel pretty elegant, w/ cards that proliferate getting a monetary boost in value.

Random motivation but OK, card seems good

It does. People gladly used Boon of Emrakul a lot as removal, and -5/-5...
