On a side note can we all appreciate how much of a smug badass Teferi is in the flavor text. I hope he doesn't end up dying because Teferi is the best Planeswalker, and I'm not talking about cards... but considering Teferi, Hero of Dominaria he probably has that too.
Anti-lifegain has been needed for a while.
Bounce my Lyra and Wrath? Sounds good!

The "Crazy One", playing casual magic and occasionally dipping his toes into regular play since 1994.
Currently focusing on Pre-Modern (Mono-Black Discard Control) and Modern (Azorious Control, Temur Rhinos).
Find me at the Wizard's Tower in Ottawa every second Saturday afternoons.
Starting with 5 loyalty seems weird. Unless you're running proliferate cards, you'll get 2 uses out of him and have a 1-loyalty PW that essentially does nothing else after.
I guess the good part is that he's a 2R that can be recurred with Sun Titan...

That seems to be the way they are doing it with uncommon planeswalkers: the math leaves them with 1 loyalty and only their static ability active. Vraska and Arlin are like this too.
more like a golden experience requien but more on bolas plans of creating the eternal.
muda muda.
King Crimson deletes a segment of time except his own, so flavor wise the creature that got returned to hand is Boss, while everyone else's time got obliterated.
That, or Made in Heaven where everything reset, excluded some people/things precisely by Made in Heaven.
Most eternals are tokens, so Time Wipe is surprisingly flavorful when it destroys them, with no corpse to revive.

I mean, golden experience requien nulifies a future or course of actions (unlimited by time) and return it to stage 0. So it would be able to nulify bolas plan of creating the eternal since the begguing on returning to a time where he didn't even thinked about creating a army of soldies that would be sacrificed and become zombie warriors and would also erase that memory/plans from his head. While King Crimison would be restricted by the time limit and erasing the time between while the results that would be the eternal army would still exist in the future

That seems to be the point with the uncommon PWs: They start with an odd amount of loyalty and have a loyalty ability with an even cost so once you run out of uses they can still stick around and offer the benefits of their first ability.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Kind of funny that it destroys all creatures when the Eternals are supposed to be indestructible. Still, I guess they wouldn't make an exile wrath?
It's a brilliant piece of time manipulation: something can't exist in the present and future if it was never created in the past. It's a good thing Teferi is one of the good guys - if he were on Bolas' side that would be very difficult to combat.
Also a pair of short official comics to go with this new splendid version of him, although they are in a language not all will understand. I managed to translate the first on my own, second one I am having trouble with as its not my native tongue. Untranslated versions in the attachments.
Tibalt: Time Wipe? Time Wipe my butt! Chandra: I thought you were the sadistic one, not the gross one.
Tibalt: Did I cause some manner of unpleasant sensation for you?
Chandra: Yes.
Tibalt: Then my work here is done.

Not to mention all the other good EtB creatures Bant has like Deputy of Detention, Knight of Autumn, and Frilled Mystic. I could see a Bant valuetown type deck abusing Time Wipe.

It's not quite a Supreme Verdict but it'll do.
You can't bounce a teammate's permanents, since Time Wipe only lets you bounce your own creatures.

Sadly, since it does not include the word target in it's text, no. I see what feather you're grabbing onto here.
