Eh... They managed to misspell Bolas' Citadel.
Great...
So... In the end we have 37 walkers in the set, with one being a BAB promo.
Do not forget Dack. He's a prominent character, he is mentioned for the novel, but no word about his card. I wonder whether they somehow sneak him in as well.
Is there not going to be a promo for the Bundle could he not be that card
Or, more probably, in a Planeswalker Deck

Proliferate is sweet but...
It is a primary Blue/Artifact mechanic, Black has maybe 3 cards, Green and Red had maybe 2 cards? White has nothing. I think there will be only few slots for artifact. If Proliferate returns than mostly on colored cards. It's really good specially for a set with 36 Planeswalkers. And if only Blue/Black get it than I am sure it would result in a balance problem. In addition I liked the idea of the uncommon Walkers to have only minus abilities. Proliferate would negate the disadvantage of these low rarity walkers.
Ral, together with Niv-Mizzet tried to run the "secret project" - to grant Niv-Mizzet the power of the Guildpact for him to be able to deal with Bolas. However, Dovin managed to sabotage this, exactly as he had done last time.
Where is this actually told in the story? I'm annoyed that there's been no "regular" story for GRN and RNA (or I somehow totally missed it)
Both are fake. The druid has proliferate for 2 on a two-drop and it's a rainbow dork to boot, and (Reminder text is a staple for block mechanics if it can fit.). The second one is also obvs fake, since it's a (B/G) hybrid card using an ability that wants to be red and can probably be black but is in no way, shape or form green.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
Oof, that is pretty brutal...you'd have to attack with the Spitfire before unloading all your burn spells, but you could potentially kill your opponent in one attack! Cavalcade on 2, Spitfire on 3, attack on four, throw a Lightning Bolt, a Shock, and something else, and they die if they can't rid of the creature (taking 1 from Cavalcade, Spitfire goes up to 4 power, 3 from Bolt, Spitfire up to 7, 2 from shock, Spitfire up to 10, a Skullcrack or something does it). Doesn't require a god hand, just a bit of a nut draw. I may have to pick up Cavalcade, since I was looking to make a Chandra-based deck with the Spitfire, anyway!

From the Ravnica Art-book, p226 - 'Emergency Powers' (the last paragraph of the book before the appendices)
'Even without the co-operation of the guilds, Ral Zarek had concocted a plan to fulfill Niv-Mizzet's vision of overturning the Guildpact and giving himself ultimate power and authority. He constructed a device that would harness the power of magical nodes of power within every guild's territory, even those who refused to co-operate with Niv's scheme. Dovin Baan played along with the plan but at the crucial moment, with Bolas's arrival on Ravnica imminent, Dovin sabotaged the device. The Guildpact remained intact - embodied in the person of the absent Jace Beleren - and Niv-Mizzet remained nothing more than an ancient, powerful dragon. Ral did manage to activate his beacon, summoning planeswalkers from across the Multiverse to combat Bolas, but it was already too late: Bolas had arrived.'
The way the art book is written, there seems to be some pretty hefty 'before Bolas' story to get through before we get as far as him arriving, the Eternals, and the war proper. Nothing post-Bolas's arrival is spoiled in the art-book.

it all really depends if proliferate is a mechanic or not
im on fake for now because of Contagion Clasp since its also tap profilerate but cost two more and same mana cost however Contagion Engine is the same tap cost but double dip and Viral Drake doesn't need tapping at all and not really as broken as Inexorable Tide
Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge 1UB
Legendary Planeswalker - Tezzeret Mythic
+1: Add two many in any combination of colors. Use this mana only to cast planeswalker cards.
-2: Target creature gets -X/-X until end of turn, where X is the number of planeswalkers you control.
-6: Search your library for up to 3 planeswalker cards and put them onto the battlefield.
3
As a Buy-A-Box card, I would be fine with something powerful, but narrow.
Paradise Druid G
Creature - Elf Druid Rare T: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool. Use this mana only to cast planeswalker cards.

Lol my version of Tezzeret was off base, but it is funny that he does in fact help cast planeswalkers. =)

Yes, he helps to cast planeswalker is a little off but at least the effect is artifact depended. I think is okay in this form because you still have to paly some artifacts. But good catch

Nice that we're getting multicolour cards without referencing the guilds. Hurray for hybrid!
Will we get a hybrid mana PW now?

Yeah, that Paradise Druid image is mega fake. Proliferate would still be sick to have in the set though.

Well cavalcade triggers off it and trigger it to, soo is a good “combo”

Sure. The more triggers you make the bigger the Spitfire gets. I've used it a ton with Raid Bombardment and the Cavalcade being cheaper would help..
No, here's the ideal run out:
1. Fanatical Firebrand - 1 damage (19)
2. Goblin Instigator - 1 damage (18)
3. Chandra's Spitfire - 3 damage (15)
4. Cavalcade of Calamity - 20 damage (-5)
Spitfire can be quite the removal eater, but it is a massive payout once you assemble the combo.

thats more believable since its sorcery speed and only 1 target
hard to tell if sorin and vivien are short straw walkers or not? (if real)
