Forbidding Spirit 1WW
Creature -- Spirit (uncommon)
When Forbidding Spirit enters the battlefield, until your next turn, creatures can't attack you or planeswalkers you control unless their controller pays 2 for each of those creatures.
3/3
note that if you have multiple triggers it makes it really prohibitive to attack for a turn. Deadeye navigator for example gives this card U1 target opponent has to spend 2 to attack you. Similar effects should be possible with other cards like brago like someone else mentioned earlier
It seems like a posiible option for white weenie mirrors. playing this the turn before a history of banalia ultimate will save a lot of damage. It's probably not good enough to see play, but maybe the meta will be very tempo-y

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
... it's a white 3/3 for 3 mana! That's crazy efficient for a white creature, at least for an uncommon. A great ability tacked onto that is pretty nutty.
Creatures seem big in this set in general, a lot of the Gruul and Simic beaters are very beefy.

When I hit my 3000 post mark, I'm gone for good.
Stay reasonable, be mindful of your expectations and don't feed the trolls.
Like pillowfort decks needed another card to be utter annoying. Oh and in Commander you do have access to Helm of the Host which ensures triggers every turn.

Might just be me, but you may want to aim a little higher in your Helm duplication schemes
Card is cute, but then you remember Windborn Muse exists. To the bulk pile it goes.
MONSTER in Limited, not sure about its Constructed applications.
I might try it out in modern. It would definitely be satisfying to Aether Vial it onto the battlefield after an opponent taps out during their main phase to bring back Arclight Phoenix.
This is printed 100% to stop the knights deck from becoming too good with history of benalia. The trouble is that Teferi is the real killer. They can print removal for him, but as long as control exists he will be VIP.

1. (Ravnica Allegiance): You can't keep a good esper control deck down... Or Wilderness Reclamation... or Gates...
2. (War of the Spark): Guys, I know what we need! We need a cycle of really idiotic flavor text victory cards! Jace's Triumph...
3. (War of the Spark): Lets make the format with control have even more control!
Unlike windborn muse, the effect stacks and it protects planeswalkers. The planeswalker protection doesn't seem like much but look at venser or Kaya ghost assassin who can't protect themselves and it looks a lot better.

No it doesn’t. The effect lasts until your next turn. What it needs is a built in flicker effect to reuse the temp prison effect.

More like a Prison-ly Ghost.
Add Panharmonicon for double triggers. And let's not forget Conjurer's Closet for automatic end of turn flickering.
