Half the cards from the past three or so years of Judge promos have been reprinted recently so I guess the next Masters or Conspiracy/Battlebond will be Commander Combos Masters.
I hope that also means the story would head else where with brand new characters. It's cheaper to repeat a location and same people, but multiverse isn't that small.
There go my hopes of that idiotic enchantment finally getting banned in EDH. Oh, well, at least it paints a huge bullseye on anyone who puts it on the board. Flavor text is cool, but the old art and frame are classic, and the expansion symbol always gets folks murmuring about how there actually is plenty of really powerful cards in Masques block...

Art on Study is at least nice to look at. I think it misses the target. The original shows an attitude that fits the card. Sit back and let the others do the work. This guy is trying too hard.

Do Judge promos actually affect the price of their originals? They don't print these in any great amounts, I'm sure. But perhaps it helps to some degree?

They tend to lower the price at first but the availability dries up quickly. I am still a bit bitter I passed up on the 40$ Ravages of War promo...

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
so how often do judges get these ? just once when they are released or do they get multiple opportunities ?

Two new promo cards are released four times a year. Each judge pack contains four cards: two cards from the current wave and two cards from the previous wave. So each card gets two opportunities. For example, the packs from the previous wave contained Teferi's Protection, Lord of Atlantis, Vampiric Tutor and Nin, the Pain Artist. The current promo packs contain Rhystic Study, Food Chain, Teferi's Protection and Lord of Atlantis. The packs from the next wave will likely contain Rhystic Study, Food Chain and two unknown cards.
