3rd Titan is almost certainly in the set, as is either Karn or Ugin. So make that 14 mythics.
I'm also not sure Temporal Manipulation will be a mythic, but who knows. And I feel like Sigarda has to be a mythic. I feel more confident about Sigarda than Vengevine. And if Mox Opal is in the set, that would surely be a mythic.
My list would be:
Emrakul
Kozilek
Ulamog
Sigarda
Demonic Tutor
Liliana
Snapcaster Mage
Cavern of Souls
Leovold
Bitterblossom
Karakas
Tarmogoyf
Mox Opal (if it's in the set)
Dark Depths/Ancient Tomb (don't think both would be mythics)
Karn/Ugin
The issue with all this is how incredibly unbalanced this is. No white or red mythics. I just don't see Wizrds' doing this.
If a set were this loaded with value they could pull some former upshifts back to original rarity (or for those originally uncommons, at least down to rare).
All of the likely candidates for U02 and U03 (Karn Kozilek Ugin) would be lock mythics.
Cavern and Karakas could be rares in a set this top loaded. Demonic Tutor, too.

No way is Demonic Tutor a rare. Karakas could be a rare from a limited perspective, but it's very much a mythic, if only due to price memory. Cavern should've never been upshifted.

STOP using "dude/bro" as a pejorative or insult. Grow up.
Margaret Thatcher: “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.”
Benjamin Franklin: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Martin Luther King Jr.: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
Huh, just noticed. It didn't even have new art... Oh well, another awkward comment, another day on the forums.
Seriously though, given these are coming in sealed packs I am wondering if this is a test run of some kind of new buy a box promo thing. That and if I were designing a draft set, I'd probably pick around 40 chase cards of varying levels. If the future of the non-rotating support is literally just collectors edition boxes with special printings combined with core sets in the summer, that really doesn't sound too bad. This is especially true if the "guild kits" are going to be something they offer each return set. They could easily do faction based decks that feature reprints from past sets each season and probably be well off.

U02 - Karn Liberated
U03 - Kozilek, Butcher of Truth
U11 - Pyrexian Obliterator
U21 - Zero idea, probably a multicolor card. Animar maybe?
U29 - Ensnaring Bridge
Extremely tilted at the lack of Blue and White, though. Could've used a Mind Sculptor or Vendilion Clique instead of Manipulation instead. Rest of the choices are top notch, the sketchiest pick being only Balefire Dragon. There are some better mythic dragons than that.
Maybe it's because I enjoy the thrill of random reward, but promos like these make me spend wayyyyyy more on sealed product. If these are, in fact, the buy a box promos for the next Masters set, I might buy multiple cases.
Do you usually feel good about your purchase afterwards?

When I hit my 3000 post mark, I'm gone for good.
Stay reasonable, be mindful of your expectations and don't feed the trolls.
Has anyone ruled out these being some kind of treasures / masterpieces / etc tucked into some future set?
I don't see how wizards could realistically print any kind of masters product where every single card is worth oodles, and contracting new art for such a large number of just 'apology' / 'reward' cards doesn't make much sense. But then again, its plausible that wizards is looking to create some new promo / reward system to replace all its defunct / retired reward programs. Especially given the negative feedback when promos were either crappy or programs ended.
One thing is that these cards are clearly not tied into a single plane / setting so I'm not sure how much sense they make as treasures/masterpieces.
I think a lot of people expect them to be an accompanying promo for a future masters set without all actually being in that set.
The fact they’re called ‘box toppers’ is probably relevant and a major clue. Those aren’t words they’d have used for a rewards system or as masterpiece-style random pack contents. The likely scenario is that they’re included in / associated with box sales. Value and scope is too high to make sense as a buy a box reward for a standard expansion. But for a masters expansion - a program where players have repeatedly demanded more value for the premium price - this could be their excuse for not lowering Msrp, but increasing box ev.
It also delivers built in draft prize support. Sell a box of 24 packs to run an 8 player draft, winner gets the box topper.

The UMA identifier says a lot. Maybe they’ve adjusted Masterpieces, but the fact it’s labeled as UMA makes things seem like it’s related to a UMA set rather than a Standard legal set, but who knows.
Its probably just "ultimate masters" or something trivial.
So far these are pretty much the big money cards of modern all together (so they once again fire all their shots right away so the next wave of these is doomed to be much more terrible).

Balefire dragon is beloved in Commander and this is a unique foil printing, so it will definitely draw some peoples attention. Fulminator Mage and Kitchen Finks are kind of odd choices as well as Tasigur, the Golden Fang. From my own perspective, this was a concession to meet some kind of card value threshold. Again, I feel these may be randomized masterpieces that go in some kind of collectors edition standard booster box, as opposed to the set cards in the last one for guilds of rav. Wizards is far too greedy to put Liliana of the Veil or Tarmogoyf as guaranteed pulls in any kind of product.

The more I think about it, the more I feel few, if any of the cards will be in the actual set, which really sucks because all of these cards need an actual reprint.

Never say never, but wizards of the coast has consistently shown they will not reprint certain eternal tournament staple cards outside of specialty products.
Basically, the company has been out of touch for a long time with their most dedicated players and have become something like EA or Activision Blizzard in the Card gaming world. At Blizcon this year Blizzard / Activision announced they are making a mobile diablo game to the most dedicated players they have. One of those players actually asked on camera if this was an early April Fools Joke, and then someone else even asked if the game was going to come to PC, which when the answer was revealed as a no, resulted in boos from the entire audience.
Wizards of the Coast is in that kind of a position with their game and it's frankly pretty embarrassing. They are doing better now thanks to largely luck and throwing a lot of different ideas out on the field.

Mikaeus, The Unhallowed is the final black card at #11
Of course, if Balefire Dragon is there so is old Uncle Mike. They definitely are casting a wide net with this with cards for commander, legacy, and modern.

Seems counter productive to show off full art cards by cropping the full art images.
