Super disappointed in TCC with the way he overhyped the hell out of this card. Is it good? Yeah. Is it great? No. Is it pushed? Not really. This is a great card for EDH, otherwise it's pretty meh imo.
Can a mod pls fix the formatting in the op? I can only see half the card/text on mobile.

This is some cool design, but I dislike that it's only your grave. UB isn't really a creature heavy color. Also, because it's your grave only, he sort of loses any use in control.
After a closer look at the artwork - is he standing in the middle of his collection of faces? I get a strong song of ice and fire vibe here and I like it.

It's not a horrible card, and aside from hype being the name of the game in spoilers season, Prof gets hyped about a lot of stuff, especially for Commander. It was to be expected

Project Booster Fun makes it less fun to open a booster.
I think this is constructed playable to be honest. Of course this doesn't have Hexproof. They want to make sure you can get rid of it before bad things start happening. I'm assuming that he has been Niv-Mizzet or is planning to be Niv-Mizzet at some point in time.

This doesn't even have the ole 'Only when you could cast a sorcery' rider. You can become something with vigilance, attack, then switch to something without vigilance but now happily attacking untapped. You can switch to something with hexproof in response to removal.
He's better than some of the other guild leaders we have seen. Two mana is very cheap, meaning he can be used early. I think he is constructed playable.
