Feels harsh having to sacrifice a permanant to draw a card and gain only 1 life at sorcery speed. She feels bland to me. She might see play but no idea in what.
+2 sucks. Even on a filled board, you're still losing a permanent. Good news is you don't have to sacrifice anything to still gain the additional loyalty, but then why play it?
-3 is too restrictive. And it brings her down to 1 loyalty, meaning it would die if you were to use the -3 again after that.
-9 is obviously game ending, but it requires 3 activations before you can use it, and it doesn't combo with Doubling Season.
I feel like they could've done a lot better with this. But this is a 4 mana planeswalker, meaning she will require attention, otherwise that ultimate will destroy the opponent. I just don't like her abilities at all.

To reach her ultimate I must have sacrificed a lot of cards already...

I just recall having a hilariously bad deck back when Hatching Plans came out that ran it and the draw card that was 1U to draw 2 and sac a permanent. I immediately thought of it
But yes, eating the Amnesia will be such a fun way to go.
Meh seems neat but man I wish she wasn't eating up the guild leader spot for the Golgari.
The good news is judging by Niv-Mizzet, Parun being Rare, she isn't replacing a Legendary Creature. The bad news, is Golgari got a 6 Mana 2/3.
Nivmizzet is not the guild leader, Ral is. I hope Izzet gets another legendary, but it doesn't seems likely

Well, each guild still gets at least a Rare Legendary Creature. If Emmara, Soul of the Accord is the Selesnya guild leader then Guild Leaders/"Who the guild leader would be if the Planeswalker left" are all Rare. If not, point taken.

Not... Really? I know you meant Infect, and you don't reintroduce infect in a set unless it's a pushed mechanic. Maybe sometime in the distant future, Ravnica will be invaded by Phyrexia, but that year ain't this year, and infect isn't a mechanic designed for Ravnica.
No they meant poisonous 10 because the creature gives 10 poison counters when it connects. Its a joke thematic to the walker that would be nice to see

You heard it first here: nuking a 3 CMC non-land permanents is "doing nothing".
She costs 4 in colors that have 1-drop mana acceleration. She's plenty powerful. Sure, she's no Teferi, but I hope as hell PW of that level are few and far between.

Unless I'm flooding out, I would be hard-pressed to sac a land to her ability. Vraska requires a build-around deck to be playable.

The only way you're saccing a land is if you don't have a land drop, and don't expect one from the draw you get from her.
Jace always had the hots for black mana user. But I find him and Vraska a cute couple so I don't mind.
