Golgari = Vraska / Underrealm Lich
Dimir = Lazav
Izzet = Ral
Selesnya = Trostani / March of the Multitudes
Boros = Aurelia
White =
Blue = Dream Eater (Dimir watermark)
Black = Doom Whisperer (Dimir watermark)
Red = Arclight Phoenix
Green = Nullhide Ferox / (Impervious Greatwurm, but its the BaB exclusive, Seles watermark)
Which means there are 3 left, one of which is speculated to be an artifact, leaving 2 coloured ones.
So most likely candidates are; a White one, and a Boros one.
If there is NO mythic artifact, then Izzet will probably get it.
Dimir already have 3 mythics.
In terms of guild legendary creature rares:
Golgari = Izoni
Dimir = Etrata (no card yet)
Izzet = Niv-Mizzet
Selesnya = Emrara
Boros = Tajic (no card yet)
Just out of curiosity, how many slots left above common are there for Blue, Red, and Multicolored cards? I'm wondering how many possible jump start cards we're going to get given that we've only had like 5 spoiled.

Your mythic count is off by one, as you're including the BaB card, which is not considered one of the 15 set mythics. Based on what we've seen Boros and Izzet will both get their watermark on a mythic, which will likely be guild colored. There will also likely be a mono white mythic. This leaves one mythic slot left, likely for an artifact, possibly a land, or fringe case a five color something.

Monocolor guild watermarks don't actually change the color parity needs of Ravnica. As monocolor cards still function in other decks (and in the case of this set, the Monoblack Mythic works better in Golgari).
Ravnica is big on every two color getting an equal number of tools as each other. Go look at the distribution in RTR/GTC/DGM and see what I mean.
Each Guild gets a Mythic Character (Creature/Planeswalker) + a second mythic in their color pair.
White might not have a Mythic, instead giving that slot to Artifact/Land (but unlikely, if Artifact gets a mythic it's usually taken from Blue).
And there's a small chance if they haven't outlined an exact Mythic count we get a weird Maze's End situation. With a Mythic on the land sheet.

With the guild gates aren't all the lands accounted for?

You mean ever guild will get around an equal amount of water marked cards or cards with their mechanic showing up?
You mean ever guild will get around an equal amount of water marked cards or cards with their mechanic showing up?
Each two color pair gets the same number of two color cards in each set.
The Guild Mechanics have unequal space requirements (Convoke and Surveil can go on more cards than Mentor, Jump Start, and Undergrowth, thus Convoke and Surveil will probably have a higher count of appearances which increases Selesnya and Dimir Watermarks).
RTR/GTC Breakdown:
2 Mythics per guild.
5 Rares* per guild.
6 Uncommons
4 Commons
* - Okay in RTR they gave Selesnya a Rare Land as its 5th Rare, but it's still in color identity.
RTR had only one Golgari mythic rare in the set. In fact in RTR every guild had between 27 and 30 cards with watermarks in total. So there is a bit of variance.

Not with Multicolor cards, which is all I was speaking of.
There was one variance in the multicolor pools in RTR/GTC, and that was Selesnya's Rare Land bringing RTR's Rare Multicolor cards down to 24 from 25.
[mod]I've updated the crunch and added in card links. We now know that Macabre Hatchery is not the correct name, but it's been called that for so long I'm not going to change it until we get the right name.
Breaking down the non-split non-hybrid multi-coloured section we are missing 3 Golgari commons, 1 Boros uncommon, 3 Izzet uncommons, 1 Selesnya uncommon, 1 Boros rare, (Tajic most likely), 1 Golgari rare, 1 Selesnya rare, all 3 Dimir rares including Etrata, and 1 mythic from Dimir, Boros and Izzet respectively.

2 Boros
4 Dimir
2 Golgari
1 Izzet
2 Selesnya
Edit 9/17: Forgot that Macabre Hatchery seems to puts the number of mono-color rares to 5 instead of 4, so my numbers might be incorrect rather than the person I replied to.
We now have the Mono-white, Izzet, and Boros mythic rare cards. This leaves one mythic left (unless I missed it, which is possible). I still feel that this will likely be an artifact. I understand that, based on previous Ravnica sets, the multicolor break down has been the same across all guilds. However, I feel they gave Dimir two mono-color mythic cards in the place of a second two-color mythic with the purpose of adding in an artifact/land mythic.

Only if it's an artifact with a UB activated ability and/or casting cost.
But it won't be because there are 80-81 Multicolor cards. And for your plan to work there would need to be 79. And there are six previous sets with exacting multicolor representation across the Ravnican Guilds*. And at Mythic it becomes glaringly obvious that one two color identity got slighted by having them get less multicolor rares than everyone else.
*- Selesnya's Land card in RTR, and Dissension had a cycle of color-activated artifacts for Izzet, Gruul, and Orzhov at rare. Yes after your last time talking about this I checked the color identities across Rav 1 too. They don't stray from this exact balance, cause that's the structural theme of the set.
So aside from the one last Mythic we got left to reveal (I’m willing to say Dimir despite all the controversy).
We are close to getting all the rares as well. We got 44 rares revealed already out of 53 rares. Here’s my prediction for the rare breakdown.
5 rares for each color. So far we got
3/5 white
4/5 blue
5/5 Black
4/5 red
3/5 green
This leaves 6 more mono colored Rares
Out of this one is red and one is blue. 2 are green and 2 are white.
As for the rest. In multicolored 15 rares (3 for each guild) here’s my breakdown of what I saw:
3/3 Golgari
2/3 Boros
3/3 Izzet
3/3 Dimir
2/3 Selensya
So we got 2 multicolored rares left one is Selensya and the other is Tajic the Boros champion.
We got all 5 split rares and we know all the land (6 Rare Land).
This brings the total to 43 and we got one Rare Artifact so that’s 44. 6+2 is 8 and added to 44 is 52. That’s leaves one more rare which I either think will be a multicolored unrelated to guilds (maybe another story spotlight card) or an Artifact. I’m leaning toward Artifact since I can’t see a set with only one rare Artifact.
Well, guess I was wrong. Oh well. Being a Dimir fan myself I'm happy, but I do echo some of the comments in the Mnemonic Betrayal thread about the overall skewing of mythic support towards Dimir, finding it unfair that they get 4 mythics to the other guilds' 2.

Happy Hands Demon is going to be picked by more Golgari mages than Dimir in draft. And in constructed while it's good in UBx Control, it's better in BG Dredge. The Blue mythic, while not as immediately playable, is definitely something that a spell heavy/reactionary Izzet deck will want. In the same way that while the White Mythic is 'mostly Selesnya' Boros is happy with it, only Arclight (Izzet) and Nullhide (Selesnya) are really pointed toward a specific strategy. And they aren't actively watermarked.
Basically that was a long winded 'Surveil is super good and easy to put on mythics to make them stronger' while the other four keywords aren't as easy to just add to things. But to suggest Arclight isn't for the Izzet, and Divine Visitation isn't for Selesnya is just- flat wrong? Reading the card says as much.

Multicolor's getting rather crowded, but White's still wide open.
Mythic: 2 Per Guild
(1 Guild Leader, 1 Random thing the Guild likes)
Rare: 4 Per Guild
(1 Guild Champion, 1 Split Card, 2 Random)
Uncommon: 6 Per Guild
(1 Split Card, 1 AABB Cost, 1 Guildmage, 3 Random)
Common: 4 Per Guild
(1 Hybrid Creature, 3 Random)
The 'random things' might be parts of either cycles or rarity uneven cycles, but there isn't enough noted information to confirm.
