Unclear if they are only in the special product, or if they are also in booster packs.

They will be available on October 3, 2018 only in the "Mythic Edition" set from Hasbro Toy Shop for $249.99. The product includes 16 GRN boosters and 8 "Masterpiece Boosters". You're guaranteed to get all 8 Masterpiece cards, but it's limited edition.

So DOMINARIA Doesnt get Masterpieces but RAVNICA does? SMFH.

Are these standard playable? Cause that would mean Teferi would be Standard Playable for like 2+ YEARS.

I've been saying for forever that this is exactly how Magic cards should look, planeswalker or otherwise. I'm so happy to see these exist.

Not standard legal unless also within the rotation. Previous masters didn’t let old cards become standard legal either.

My understanding is that these are only available in the special product that Wizards is releasing in October, which costs US$250 and gets you 16 Ravnica boosters and 8 "Masterpiece Boosters". You're guaranteed to get all 8 Masterpiece cards, but it's VERY limited edition. Also, printing them doesn't make them Standard legal, so Teferi rotates in Fall 2019 like normal.

I mean they gave Ravnica SHOCKLANDS I am not sure why it need help selling.

Least now we know what all that variant art was for.

What is in these "masterpiece boosters" anyway? A specific Masterpiece plus some other mythics from the set?

So it's basically like the Comic Con cards, but harder to get? (Since if you're AT Comic Con, they're not actually that hard to get). Seems bad.

Oh man my fave Liliana as a Masterpiece...going to get one at some point. Wonder if anyone would take a non-blue Duel for the whole set. Probably not, so I'll just buy Lily and Teferi.

There were some pretty heavy-duty clues (mostly all the Rav-centric PW art on that one poster),
but this is a really cool theme worthy of Masterpieces, IMO.

Also, that Tezzeret is AMAZING.
I've never really liked any Tezz art until this.

Which of these Walkers provide actual value? Do all 8 of them together add up to 250 before accounting for price declines?

I assume Teferi, Lili and eh Tezz provide most of the value?

I am extremely confused by this product. If it's supposed to be a thing for collectors like the SDCC sets, why does it randomly include 16 booster packs as well?

Makes the Value work I assume...I think they be better bundling Guild Kits and These Walkers into one product. All the Guild Kits and 8 Walkers for 250

I'm really curious about the contents of those masterpiece boosters. I'd like to preorder some GRN boxes but i'm waiting to see what those contain. I might get less boxes to get one of these

This seems quite odd
First off these shouldnt be called Masterpieces since you cant get them in booster packs.
They are nothing but special edition promo cards sold only by Hasbro for a hefty price.

If this limited run of special edition packs only sold by Hasbro in their toy shop is the ONLY way to get such cards, it just seems like a giant tease and a gigantic slap in the face.

This product is stupid. Ridiculous prices.

The way they are marketing this sounds like you're buying half a box with a strapped-in FTV:Planeswalkers. Am I reading this right?
