Umm, I'm actually fairly underwhelmed by all of these, although the Esper one's ult seems quite troll and rather chaotic for non-red.
EDIT: Windgrace does have some nice abilities, but will need serious protection. I'd still rather have access to something like Gitrog or Omnath from the CZ though.
Estrid, the Masked looks powerful for an enchantress deck. The ability to untap lands that have "enchant land" bonuses seems great at the [+2], and you can really work to the ultimate which can either give you insurance against mass enchantment removal or simple get value from the 7 into graveyard. Although I'd imagine you'd supplement this with some potential graveyard fillers like Life from the Loam.
Will be popular among those who have already sleeved up enchantress decks.
The [-1], totem armor if you eve played with or against it can do more work than you think. A bit like Mother of Runes stopping all one-for-one removal, because people are not inclined to "waste" their spells on it if it just comes back.
If you were inclined, you could totem armor up some lands and Armageddon, that'always a favorite to make friends.
Instead of Serra PW another useless and clunky PW general. Bleah. All those PWs feels incredibly underwhelming considering they're 3 colors.
I agree, none of them scream "powerhouse" like Daretti, Teferi or Freyalise and those were mono color. I mean, theoretically Aminatou (dumb name) and Windgrace seem generic enough in their colors to see some play in other Esper/Jund decks outside of their theme, but not anywhere near a staple or even a step up from other PW options that exist in those colors. Maybe they work superbly well in their decks and that's the way its meant to be, but I was expecting more from a "top deck matters" commander than a +1 that lets you put a card from hand on top of your library. That ult just seems like a cool idea they had no other home for.
I love that creepy swamp girl turned out to be a walker, but her abilities are strange. After reading the +1, I expected the -1 to synergize in some way … but nope, just blink. And the ult is something else again entirely. Weird design.
Estrids +2 could prove to be deceptively powerful with land enchantments.
A deck has more than 1 commander. Serra could be one of the 99.
If she isn't in the deck at all, people may have a reason to be upset.
I'd be surprised if they gave us more than these four commander planeswalkers. Not that it's impossible or wouldn't be a pleasent surprise. It's just failing to reasonably make the 90th percentile. Or 99th, probably.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.
[thread=239793][Game] Level Up - Creature[/thread]
Saheeli seems great. Lord Windgrace is Lands-Daretti with access to green and black so that's cool too. Estrid and Aminatou seem disappointing at first glance, but the fact that Estrid makes aura tokens is neat I suppose.
Estrid confirms a heavy Aura theme in Adaptive Enchantment, and those Mask tokens help protect your stuff from destruction while also allowing the first ability to untap whatever they enchant.
Saheeli's a great artifact PW between token making, granting effective affinity for artifacts to the next spell you cast that turn, and creating an army of artifact clones which is absolutely brutal with Gearhulks and other metal stompies with ETB effects.
Windgrace offers great card draw for a color trio that often struggles for it, lets you reuse fetches and other land sac effects, and destroys a bunch of stuff while giving you some tokens (if you want Jund Cat tribal, he should play nicely with Wasitora, Nekoru Queen.) Maybe we'll see a new Purraj card to match last year's Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist? A BG or BRG Purraj would be neat.
Aminatou's ultimate will seriously mess with the game, and she'll let you get your stuff back anyway. Other than that, neat WUB utility. She reminds me of Kaya, Ghost Assassin.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
I dig them. All of them are interesting build-around designs. I am still not a huge fan of walker commanders, but these seem really cool. I especially like the Esper girl, she is delightfully weird. Looking forward to the kind of deck that is built around her. I think we are off to a good start this spoiler week.
Riku of Two Reflections - Copy, then copy again | Shattergang Brothers - Token Sac&Recur | Gahiji, Honored One - Multiple attack steps | Karametra, God of Harvests - Landfall, Creaturefall, Shroud | Ruhan of the Fomori - Stop hitting yourself | Zurgo Helmsmasher - Equipment&Wraths | Crosis, the Purger - Dragon Tribal Reanimator | Derevi, Empyrial Tactician - No stax, just tap and untap fun | Anafenza, the Foremost - Enduring Ideal Enchantress | Sharuum, the Hegemon - Sphinx Tribal Control | Noyan Dar - Spellslinger | The Mimeoplasm - Counterpalooza
Lists can be found here.
Still convinced the guy on Beseech the Queen is wearing a Mitra-type hat. Wake up sheeple!
Unlike other people (whose angry comments I expect to see below any minute now), I wasn't really expecting to see Urza or Serra at this point so I'm not disappointed with the choice of characters.
But the cards themselves certainly are disappointing. I wasn't hoping to see another Teferi for sure, but still these are underwhelming. Windgrace is mediocre at best, and the new walkers are both crap. I seriously hope these are not the only planeswalkers in those decks. Fingers crossed for Daretti/Elspeth/Crucius etc.
By this point I could think/say that all the leaked walker arts are from this commander.
Soo we have a Teferi, a Karn, a Elspeth, a Garruk, a Ral Zarek, and maybe a few more on this year commander.
Prob Karn is colorless and artifact matter. Teferi must be on the bant or esper deck. Elspeth probably is either on the bant, esper, or Jund deck. Garruk is prob on the Jund or Bant deck.

I would guess Elspeth's card is in the Bant deck. Garruk is BG now, so if he's in here it's definitely the Jund deck. It is possible some of these are new arts for previous PW cards, but the prospect of the decks including a bunch of PW subcommanders is exciting. My hope is that over time most of the existing PWs get Commander cards. I'd love a Koth that cares about land in general and not just Mountains.

HOT TAKES
First, Teferi is not likely to be challenged.
NO SERRA....OUTRAGE. Also nothing in that Art screams BANT to me. Seems like she can make a lot of mana not sure I get the self mill even if does get all your enchantments back provided no one exiles your grave. Totally dependent on having stuff on the board though. I really wish this let you pull enchantments from exile.
WINDGRACE looks fun. 2 Card draw if you discard a land and the lands you bring back don't automatically come back tapped that is nice. Card draw is always good but no protection is going to hurt. However come on Commander is made for 4 players and your ult only lets you take out 6 permanents? Not 6 permanents for each opponent...6 total that is not great.
Saheeli pretty Vanilla. Seems to encourage dropping X spells provides no card draw.
Fateshifter...is this playable in Miracles? Its cheap it lets you set up your draws provides ETB abuse. That ult is weird.
By this point I could think/say that all the leaked walker arts are from this commander.

Karn would be in UR. Teferi could go Esper or Bant but you expect an Elspeth freshly returned to have some Black in her. Then again Teferi seems more likely to play with top decks while Elspeth does Enchantments... Garruk would be Jund, you assume he is still BG. But i have my doubts about Elspeth since she was story spoiler heavy in her art. Teferi, Karn and Garurk though could be from anywhere.
But I would say I am doubly disappointed these cards seem weak and we got one too many fresh faces. Oh well lets hope for alt walkers and/or legendary creatures.
I love that my favorite PW in Magic--Kaya, Ghost Assassin--not only fits into Aminatou's colors, but also works really well with her Ultimate. In fact, Aminatou's 2nd ability can also be used to blink Kaya, if you wanted to use a different one of Kaya's abilities that turn. I'm excited for Aminatou, for sure.
Aminatou's ult also seems pretty fun with Teferi's Protection. Steal the entire board of a person next to me, give nothing back.
It's also nice that she blinks permanents you own, so you can get stuff back. Really getting a 'lost in a swamp and losing your mind' vibe from her. Really cool.
I'm defiantly in the camp of not another Ludevic so I'm for the two new walkers. Called Aminatou being a walker. My thoughts;
Estrid- Seems to use mask magic through auras, seems cool but she doesn't really catch my interest with just her art and abilities. Her plus one seems pretty powerful if set up right and can also reverse any tap enchantments your opponents might use on your stuff. Her -1 is also secretly powerful, the token can go on anything but herself giving it a one shot protection form being killed. Her ultimate could backfire unless they put a healthy amount of Enchantment creatures in the deck.
Windgrace- His plus is nice if your land flooded and his negative lets you get it back. HIs ultimate is nice and I wonder if there would be a card to give an opponent a forest to help the kitties. Solid looking if not boring and more utility. This is the deck I was thinking of getting and I might just use him in the 99.
Saheeli- While I understand some people might be upset she here, if the goal was a UR artifact matter planeswalker I'd rather they reuse Saheeli then make another artifact planeswalker who we probability never see again due to Saheeli, Daretti, Karn and Tezzeret all already fight for space. TBH she seem the most powerful, she can protect her self and give your spell improvise for plus a abilities that just lets her get to an ultimate that could win the game with the right cards.
Aminatou- She is defiantly the one I wanna know more on, is she a little girl or a very youthful immortal. What is her magic? If she is a child what happened to cause her to spark. Her plus looks like a typical ability you'd want for this theme. Her minus blink something which always leads to combos with debt effects. Her ultimate is odd and I wonder the goal is to move things to the top of her liberty before she ultimates and thus give an opponent nothing while filling her battlefield. Defiantly the more Johnny card.
