The Theros girl is clearly Bant. Everything about the girl itself points to Ephara, and the entire setting points to Karametra. There's also some Nyx stuff if you're looking for a tie-in to Kruphix. (Last is not really necessary, though.)
I am quite excited for these decks! Izzet needs more artifact love, bant has been dying for an enchantress commander forever, and lands decks are extremely interesting and fun to play, but are often hard to put together due to land prices.
I also have a Jund lands deck w/ Shattergang Brothers in the command zone so I'm extremely stoked for the jund deck
I've been hoping year over year for a Bant Enchantment theme and corresponding Commander. I remember being so disapointed when Roon was printed instead of a new enchantress. Now please wizards, don't let me down again.
(For the record, I love that Bant Blink is a thing and Roon is great but I'm so sick of shoe-horning in my commander just for colour identity).
Really stoked for the Jund deck. My fried Vasseer has a Xira Arien deck that basically loops Splendind Reclamation and Life from the Loam around Jokulhaups castings, so he'll for sure love this deck. Not sure which I'll get for myself, as I don't care bout UR Artifacts or the enchantress deck. That leaves (Sensei's Divining) Top of Library Matters, so hopefully this one will be cool, even if it will be somewhat negated in the field by the abundance of Top, Sylvan Library and so on.

The "Crazy One", playing casual magic and occasionally dipping his toes into regular play since 1994.
Currently focusing on Pre-Modern (Mono-Black Discard Control) and Modern (Azorious Control, Temur Rhinos).
Find me at the Wizard's Tower in Ottawa every second Saturday afternoons.
They're more associated with Golgari, but spiders are also a common trickster figure, hence red. At least that's what I imagine it is. (Though of course every color gets tricks of some sort or another, hence instants.) The main reason red spiders are so rare in Magic is, well, look at the relative synergy of each color's keywords and reach, on a scale from -5 to 5.
-5 DEAR GOD, WHY?
-3 Abilities are placed on different cards because of synergies/antagonisms with other cards, but are in no way antagonistic on their own
0 No interaction
3 Abilities are synergistic with similar abilities, but not synergistic on their own
5 Perfect synergy
R
haste - -4
first strike - -1
double strike - -2
menace - -5
prowess - -1
So, most of them are antagonistic, in contrast to green's more synergistic abilities. (Reach is still overcosted, tho.)
I guess "creature" would be too much like last year, "planeswalker" isn't quite there yet (and would, perforce, be full of mythics), and they didn't want to double up on UR. (It's also a clever way to make sure each color is represented only twice. They did the same thing in Ixalan.)

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
The woman in the field makes me think of the goddess Ceres from Greek myth, especially with the way her hair is obviously meant to mirror the grain growing behind her.
The Bant enchantment deck, while it likely will hold one of my favorite mechanics: Bestow, it does not sound as inspiring as the WB Daxos enchantment deck years ago.
In fact, none of these decks/theme appear to be doing anything beyond what their color combination had been portrayed to do (or at least able to do) in the past. The themes are very... given, fit too naturally like combat+Boros, I was hoping for more twists, like Mono Green top-deck-matter, Mono White spellsling (yes, that was a thing in standard), Group-Pain (doesn’t have to be Rakdos), more Phelddagrif politics, etc.
Granted, there might be surprisingly flavorful and unique legends like Feldon of the Third Path, I just hope the decks would be more out of the norm.

Sure they are doing what most of these color combos besides ESPER are known for but filling in the Commander gaps...sure IZZET loves Artifacts but there were not many options for a commander that cared about Artifacts in these two colors before new Jhoira who while strong aint exactly creative. Same for the rest sure JUND is a natural fit for land matters any color can do it after you get GR but there is no JUND land commander. BANT and ABZAN are the most requested Enchantment color combos but both didn't have any true Enchantress Commanders unlike Naya with Uril who is admittedly Voltron focused and cEDH God Zur. As for ESPER, blue cares about the top of your deck after that its a wash I suppose White gets the nod as second due the dominance of Terminus. Even if Red and Green probably have more cards care about the top.
I am curious if any new Walker will challenged Teferi for the Throne. They should have more colors which could help.
Pretty sure that's updated art for Planar Birth for the lands deck.
And your not even going to ask yourself why a BRG commander deck is going to have a W card in it?
No that card is going to be a nyx enchantress with constellation. Seeing as a GWU commander deck can have a W card in it.

I think swamp girl and mask lady are planeswalkers. I don't think we're getting oldwalkers as commanders; wotc never indicated it and so it's pure speculation that Serra/Urza would be face cards.
Swampy and Masky are both framed like planeswalkers (vertical orientation rather than horizontal) and both could easily be new planeswalkers a la Daretti

Still convinced the guy on Beseech the Queen is wearing a Mitra-type hat. Wake up sheeple!
They're more associated with Golgari, but spiders are also a common trickster figure, hence red. At least that's what I imagine it is.
I think it's more a matter of SPIDERS ARE ****ING SCARY. And red has been known to use fear as a weapon, so if this is a Jund Spider legend, it will very likely give your Spiders menace, haste, vigilance, and possibly a good 2 or 3 extra power to turn your army of creepy eight-legged blockers into a terrifying horde of eight-legged attackers.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Oh yeah, and Academy Researchers and arcanum wings. As each of these decks traditionally has multiple play strategies built in, I predict that there will be an aura subtheme with possible gems such as rancor, flickering ward, daybreak coronet, and eldrazi conscription (plus obligatory ethereal armor) and the researchers/wings would be great enablers for that side-strategy.
2. Regarding top of deck tribal...
Are there enough payoff cards? I could imagine getting cards like soothsaying, sensei's divining top, brainstorm, crystal ball, footbottom feast and/or scroll rack to handle organization of the top card. As this is the primary place that we are likely to get value, we might even see mystical tutor to help us but... to what end?
I guess that counterbalance is an option. There are also six cards with miracle and five more with cascade we might see. Cheating out expensive spells without paying (djinn of three wishes, temporal aperture, gate to the aether, omen machine etc) will likely be present as well. Finally, cards like foresight, precognition field, and magus of the future will likely make an appearance. Still doesn't seem like enough for a coherent deck...
also, I could imagine getting a black miracle card that costs 3BB and miracles as a demonic tutor.
I'm pretty sure that masky person is one of my favorite generals, Sakashima the impostor. An excellent Kamigawa card.
Also I'm surprised no one else pointed out that that enchantment lady looks a lot like Ephara, God of the Polis.
She would look kind of hilarious,
with her face barely poking into frame,
and almost her entire body obscured by her ability text.
You will get Future Sight again and like it!
