I'm so happy to see Blue get some much needed love. Last round only had a single deck with blue in it, and it was easily the weakest of the bunch. Hope there is tons of great stuff in this one. Edit: no, the Dragon deck doesn't count!

Agreed, Blue usually gets the shaft when there's no attempt at color equality.

Does anyone else find it weird that three of the four decks are about card types, and the last is about a game zone? Why was the fourth deck "top of library" and not "creatures" or "instants/sorceries"? It feels... off.
Well, last year had four creature-themed decks, didn't it? My guess: They tried instant/sorcery-themed until they came up with some spells that let you cast instants/sorceries from the top of your library, played around with it, and for some reason that theme came together better. In such a case you just make a call.
Maybe it had something to do with people begging them for a blue-red artifact/Artiificer legendary to use as a commander so long, that they decided to dedicate a deck to it and locked themselves out of the obvious spell colors...

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

That, and we just got a UBR Wizard deck last year, complete with a legend that cares about instants and sorceries. And since they didn't want to do UR Spells this year, they decided to make it artifacts instead, and so WUB needed something new. Ergo, Topdeck matters. Though I personally would have gone for an exile matters deck, with cards like Warden of the Beyond and Nightveil Specter. But let's see how they handle WUB Topdeck before passing judgment.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
