Motivating, enticing, inspiring, inductive, incipient maybe. But what can we expect from the people who gave us "being-in-the-way-of-a-millennia-old-vampire" and Kronk's dissertation on Avacyn's collar and how much werewolves hate it.

Or maybe he got so high from whatever he was experiencing with the Planar Bridge that he wasn't in full control of his emotions for a moment.
So can one consider this a shoe-in for blue artifact EDH decks (which is most of them)?
Not that the card isn’t good, but the name of this card deserves something much cooler than a simple draw spell. I initially thought it was going to have Phyrexian connections based on the name.

Considering it's in the Tezzeret planeswalker deck, and New Phyrexia isn't one of the planes featured in this Core Set, there was a very good chance it would have had something to do with Tezzeret.
So can one consider this a shoe-in for blue artifact EDH decks (which is most of them)?
This let you draw 4 cards with Breya
6 card with Sharuum
7 cards with Memnarch
10 cards with Reaper King.
It's hilarious
And that's a bare minimum. You might have bigger artifacts out as well.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
Every once in a while I think about Rush of Knowledge and how crazy it is that it was a common. Thanks for that opportunity again, One with the Machine. Why did you have to take such a cool name, though?
Rush of Knowledge is a criminally underrated Commander card. This is effectively the same thing for artifact decks (or decks with artifact commanders) at a discounted cost. I don't expect this card to show up that much, but when it does show up it will be incredibly powerful.
