U eat creatures that your oponents use to attack u, and in draft and limited, you can use it to insta mill someone if they attack with lots of creatures at the same time.
It effectively grants "Sacrifice this creature: Draw cards equal to its power" to all other creatures in a most roundabout way possible (and a soft-requirement/limit based on the toughness alone).
I feel like its a bit too convoluted and may end up disappointing instead (could end up benefiting the opponent more and/or as a underwhelming draw spell because of variables), but hey at the very least it's a 2/3/4-turn clock in a vacuum for a mere 5 mana.
Also note it's a "leaves the battlefield" trigger. That's R&D speech for "We designed this for the Command Zone".

But is look a very risk card, T5 you play it, T6 your opponent attacks with 3 creatures that fight it, lose 3 low creatures and draw 8 cards. Or a single 2/2 deathtouch and get 2 cards.
Probably is a better card in some bounce deck commander deck, deal damage to it, bounce it, draw cards.

Anyway, I like Wurms, especially really big cheap ones. Wurm theme Commander Makes me smile.

Personally I was gonna suggest a Dubious Challenge combo but the card doesn't actually do what I remembered it doing.
