Whenever you put one or more counters on a creature you don't control, draw a card.
Funny enough, while it is clearly meant to be putting it's counters on your teammate's creatures, it probably works best in -1/-1 counter decks like Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons...

The worst part about this card you can't put the support counter on opponents creature in multiplayer FFA and to get draw 2 as an ETB.
Why not..? Support doesn't specify whose creatures you can support. If you really wanted to, you could put a +1/+1 counter on two of your opponent(s)' creatures, causing her second ability to trigger twice.
I don't think support mechanic from oath of the gatewatch wants you to support your opponents creatures.
If you want those counters on opponents creatures play group hug edh deck.
My GF once surprised everyone by using Rancor on opponents creatures in an M13 prerelease tournament. Then killing them with Intrepid Hero. While it was an unconventional tactic to use Rancor this way, I wouldn't exactly call it group hug.
There are plenty of situations where the +1/+1 doesn't matter to you, (for example when you have a 1/4 like Generous Sponsor) but it might help opponents beat through other opponents, especially when it draws you some cards.
And sometimes Magic ís about using unconventional tactics.
Arkham, the 1920's. Investigators battle horrors from beyond time and space, risking life and sanity while conspiracies of cultists and malign servitors seek gateways for their outer gods to return...
Soon, the stars will be right! Great Cthulhu shall rise!
Wow, I've been going this preview season thinking Support was Bolster. These +1/+1 counter mechanics had me confused.
That being said I wouldn't mind a small creature that supports any time a creature ETB on yours or your teammates side of the battlefield, similar to Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit.

Protection from reason (Decadent_Creed can't be blocked, targeted, dealt damage, or enchanted by reason.)
Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

Any creature you don't control. *cough*2HG*cough*
There's also the obvious fact that, why yes, I have played Hunted Troll to trigger Pattern of Rebirth or Oath of Druids. And yes, I have animated opponents' lands because Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite. And yes, I have played Nekusar, the Mindrazer and, well, lots of associated cards. And I've Donated permanents before.
Am I playing group hug then?
