I thought Lord Windgrace was one of those weird characters who just kinda disappeared and didn't "die"
He made himself one with his land and faded from existence. Not "dead" but also very much not alive. Of note: This could mean Lord Windgrace is technically the Maro-Sorcerer of Urborg, albeit in a dormant state.
This is the exact type of card that leave me cold. Slow engine, somewhat powerful but not great, can kill stuff, sometimes. Like DRS, this type of card read more like a weird PW than a creature. She's like a gideon: can attack, can make token, can kill stuff with a condition... just no ultimate.

So he's literally Schrodinger's Cat...unless Bolas collapsed the wave function.
I don't know. It's possible, but Aryel seems much stronger. The +1/+1 is very big in itself. Also having vigilance to have the possibility to attack and then use the ability is fairly strong. And then, the first ability is very useful by itself, not needing to use the second ability for it to be good, and it gives a reason to hold mana, causing question to whether you have removal or are going to create instant speed creatures. The second ability is just icing, if you are able to reach it. Consider what you would think of it if it didn't have the second ability. Would you consider it comparable to Triad or just a much better card. It is also strengthened due to knight tribal.
All of this not to say that it is amazing and will be played a ton (although who knows), but that I personally feel that comparison is poor, even if they are the same color and cost and have multiple abilities, as Triad is very clearly a much weaker card.
Not the first WB Knight legend, but I like this one better. The vigilance allows your Knights to attack, possibly block, then tap at the most opportune moment to strike down a creature. Especially mean with Knight Exemplar on the field.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

Nice connection to the two Windgraces, being presumably Crovax's descendant and riding a giant panther to remind us of Lord Windgrace.
Wasn't the entire Windgrace family (besides Crovax) being wiped out kind of Crovax's shtick? Unless she's somehow an implant from the Planar Chaos-verse.
The card itself is kinda meh. I always appreciate a good vigilance + tap ability combo and a good token producer, but this one isn't inspiring me personally. I do like that she's riding a panther, though (excellent throwback), and that's a nice armor design that should look good in foil.
Vigilance and two useful abilities requiring a t, and on curve. Yep, it's a rare.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

Much like Gerrard, Crovax shouldn't have any direct descendant. Unless both of them got drunk went to a bar and knocked up some tavern wenches.

A 4/4 for 4 with extra abilities tacked on--I would take that in Limited or Sealed without hesitation. Of the 17 knights in Standard right now, 13 are also vampires and they are all in black/white--could make for a solid build.
Probably the most straightforward of the WB legends, and it's tribal to boot. I like that a lot, and will definitely be using her for Commander.
I'm looking forward to dropping Crusading Knight and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth with this at the helm.

Second WB Knight Legend.
Also, the panther makes me think of Cringer, which makes me think of Prince Adam, which makes me want to call her She-Ra.
