Oh, good--unconditional removal in white. I was looking for something like this today but all I could find in that color were enchantments which exiled the target until the enchantment left the battlefield, which is less than optimal. Worst-case scenario: this is another tool to use against The Scarab God or Hazoret.
This is a strictly better Final Reward in White. Design wise, I don't like it. Stick it on an enchantment or limit the target to attacking/blocking/high power creatures. Don't just make a black removal spell and give it to white.

We are probably going to be seeing more color bleeding at the edges so as to make Brawl easier to enjoy.

Well all the good white removal is somewhat better than what black gets.
Usually exile removal is white (black is more prone to get destroy effects, toughness reduction, or damage). White had Iona’s Judgment and Angelic Edict and Trostani’s Judgment long before black had Final Reward.
Hell, it wasn’t very long ago that every color had access to Scour from Existence.
Iona's Judgment was a stalwart in Limited... better Iona's Judgment is, well, better.
Even when they did Angelic Edict in Return to Ravnica, I prefered Iona's Judgment. It feels more legendary, at least when it's the catch-all removal spell of a format that deals with anything.

In limited, sorcery-speed removal is acceptable. In Constructed, the instant speed makes it playable. In Commander, where sorcery-speed removal, in order to be played, generally has to offer either card advantage, synergy, land destruction, or is just to shore up weaknesses in your color identity, this is actually pretty good, just because it can exile creatures or enchantments, though it has to compete with Oblation.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

All those white cards you listed I consider mistakes from the past. White has always had an identity crisis when it comes to its removal, and those cards only serve to muddle its identity further. If the card is playing off a card theme for the set or block I can look the other way as I did with cards like Dispatch, Angelic Purge, and the aforementioned Scour from Existence. However, that's not the case with these cards. They're just slow limited common removal. White's removal shouldn't just be a clunky version of black's. It's gotta do its own thing.
It isn't that white stole black's thing. Black never got exile until recently with the exception Of a couple really really old cards. Its actually black that's stealing white's pie because it can't deal with all those indestructible/recursive threats. Of course, I'm sure you could spice up the black ones and add planeswalker or land to it. It wouldn't be good for black to just totally have a monopoly on all constructed playable creature kill, though.
Yeah I am still not following his argument. White has had exile removal since Swords to Plowshares which is as far back as it gets (before exile was even a zone!) It kept getting it with things like... wait for it... Exile. And then Path and everything else... like, at no point was this black-and-not-white. There was plenty of time this was white-and-not-black, and no point at which it was not-white. I think Unmake is what clearly established it as both a black and white effect.

You all seem to think I don't want White to exile creatures at all. That's not what I said. I said White shouldn't be removing creatures without some sort of stipulation. Retaliation cards like Condemn, Devouring Light, and the aforementioned Exile are exactly how I want White's primary creature removal to be. The second most common should be jailing effects tied to a permanent card like with Pacifism, Banishing Light, and Fiend Hunter. Then finally on rare occasions White could get set thematic removal and resource exchange removal like Dispatch and Declaration in Stone. Blessed Light is neither of these, and therefore it's not a card that I feel deserves to be printed, and especially not at common. If white was aching for creature + enchantment removal in this set, Isolation Zone does that more or less without stepping on another color's tools.
White has had unrestricted creature exile for a long time, in addition to cheaper attacking/blocking creature removal, so...
Further discussion of whether it's appropriate for white to get creature exile is off-topic and will be infracted for spam. Take it to CCC or Magic General if you must.

On phasing:
Glad I'm not the only one. Now I want to see an actual "Blessed light snacktime" card, probably in the next un-set.
