Wow, that actually is constructed playable since it creates a numerical difference of 4 in life totals, will likely take options needed by aggressive decks and mid-range decks to close the game...

This card looks completely nuts. I cant believe this is on an uncommon no less. I have considered playing Unnerve in commander before but this costs less and gives an incentive if playing vampires. I cant wait to get my hands on this card.
