Can confirm the card text translation, but the card name is "Slaughter of Strong". For some reason russian card names highly differs from seemingly correct translation.
Fixed: oops, my bad, must be "the" instead of "of" in card name.

It does not differ so much, I just chose other synonyms that I should have.

Let this great clan rest in peace (2001-2011)
Feels good in EDH tbh. A 3 mana wrath that deals with the big baddies of the format while leaving some little guys. This probably has a home in my Edgar EDH deck but I'm not sure...
Does nothing against token strategies but absolutely destroys Dino strategies.
If they didn't want to make all the tribes playable, they shouldn't have had four of them.
Looks like anti-Energy to me. No more giant Hydra, plus Dragon, plus pumped Cub, plus Thopters at once. Also, if all they have are fatties, it's 3 mana Wrath. No more flagrantly outclassing all other creature strategies.
Somewhere, right now, there is an EDH player cackling madly because the missing piece of his Wall-tribal juggernaut has finally arrived.
Seriously tho, the card is pretty legit. Shades of a punisher mechanic give me a bit of a pause, but it feels like this can only go so wrong. There are plenty of threats you'd gladly pay 3cmc, at sorcery speed, to remove that have power >4. This gets all those and potentially even more.
Why run this over Settle or Fumigate? Who cares if it's only 3 cmc? Especially game 1 when tokens will get to keep 2-4 creatures and just make a bunch more next turn. Sure fatty midrange after board this is ok but... this stinks of being overly careful with removal again.
Slaughter of Strong 1WW
Sorcery (R)
Each player chooses any number of creatures he or she controls with total power 4 or less, then sacrifices all other creatueres he or she controls.
"Kill the animals they ride - and where has their power gone?"
- Vona, Butcher of Magan (flavor roughly translated)

OTOH, sometimes it does nothing at all.
Flavortext says something like:

It's amusing because it actually is a Carnage Tyrant in that artwork.

I think it is too! That's hilarious.

Er, you actually can't keep both creatures if you cast this. They have a total power of 5.
Oops, missed the "total power" part. I guess the wall-a-saurus can be stopped after all...
Though the Doran suggestion was spot-on in that you can keep any number of 0 power creatures.
