Decent. Trying to decide if it finds room in Edgar EDH... I mean it essentially makes a 1/1 vampire on cast, so you get 2 1/1s and draw a card and lose a life for 2 mana... Seems decent. Idk what I'll cut for it.
These are the quality commons I like to see. Whether it sees constructed play or not doesn't matter; having the potential to do so is more important to me.
Things like this make me wish that smugglers copter wasn't banned ☹️
